They were unable to help my situation. I went to try and get better coverage for my phone service. But after stopping in the store I was no better off. I can't use my cell phone in or near my home yet they want to try and charge me full price for a service I can't use. As soon as I can I'm getting service from a different company. I am very disappointed.
