Unprofessional very rude messed my taxes up for 2019 and still havent received my refund try and talk to mgr. Over the phone they want to get loud and rude i think liberty tax ser. Should have to give me my refund amount plus my momey back they charged me its been a year the irs said they havent received the right paper work from them not my mistake but liberty tax mustake
