“We had the unfortunate predicament of breaking down while on the way to vacation. Troy from Dillon Towing recommended Black’s Tire and Auto Service and they have exceeded our expectations. We got there right at closing but they assured us they would look at it first thing in the morning. Carlos has been in contact with us through the entire process. They were reasonably priced and got us back on the road in no time! They treated us like any other customer and didn’t try to rip us off even though we’re from out of town. Crystal at the front desk also recommended which battery to go with next time we get into any trouble and Carlos contacted Enterprise to have them allow us to leave the rental at the shop so we didn’t have to commute back to Enterprise to drop it off. Hopefully we won’t have any future trouble while traveling but if we do I will try my best to go here, they are wonderful!”

“Very friendly, great pricing and extremely fast service. Went in at 4:30pm without an appointment, with a tire that had started to shed apart. The woman at the desk was friendly and found a used version of the tire I needed for much less than a new one. One of the mechanics got to work on it right away and in 10 minutes we were heading out the door. Total price was less than $60. Will definitely be using their services in the future.”
