U-pack is an excellent company to hire for your move. We rented a relo cube to move a few things approximately 800 miles. We reserved 2- cubes being advised we would only be charged for 1 if we didn't use both. After loading and securing the cube we called U-pack to let them know it was ready for pick up and we only used 1. The company picked up the cube(s) the next day (we did not need to be there) and we were charged for only 1 with no hassles. All the paperwork received is well organized with local phone numbers for the origin and destination locations. Customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable on all questions we had. There was constant contact from the company. A huge benefit is you get a sense of control over your personal items. I have recommended this moving company to people I know who will be relocating in the near future. I will use this company in the future when the need arises. Thank you U-pack for making a stressful time in life as smooth as possible.

ABF / U-Pack were easy to work with and delivered on both ends of our move. Trailer was right on time for both sides of the move. I would have liked to see the trailer cleaner when it arrived for the move.

Great way to move out of state especially if you don't have a permanent location yet. They store your cubes first month included in the price. We got 3 cubes to move our belongings since the cubes aren't that big. Our pods were stored for two months before we had them delivered. The delivery and pick up of the pods went very smoothly and communication was professional and accurate. Make sure to pack mattresses in a mattress storage container to prevent damage.

U-Pack/ABF did a fantastic job with my move. The drop off and pick up went smoothly. Customer service was great. Everyone was very helpful and clear when I had questions. I definitely recommend using them. Be aware, their cubes are small, so if it's a big move you may want to get multiple cubes.

It's alot of work packing and loading but UPack was great. The drivers were excellent and put the trailer right where I wanted it and on time. The best suggestion I can give is but one size boxes do you can stack well. We put our boxes on first up front and bought a couple sheets of OSB Plywood to strap them in. Then we loaded all the other stuff that was harder to stack, strapping where I could and nailed short 2x4 pieces to the floor to minimize sliding. Our 23 foot load arrived 550 miles later in excellent condition. Bought our straps at harbor freight along with moving blankets. Can be tricky to attack straps to side walls but possibly.

We had a great experience with the company. They showed up when I needed and picked up when I needed. We had quite a bit to pack and load and heavy as well. You have to pack the weight evenly as they suggested and all went well. We moved from Florida to South Carolina and they were very accommodating with every aspect of our needs. Bobby went above and beyond with all my time frames and had a driver even there for the unload on a Sunday. The price was fair and I would recommend this company for any move.

I definitely recommend U-Pack for your moving needs. Their pricing is affordable & much cheaper than all the rest. All the staff are very personal, professional & helpful. The Truck Drivers were great too!!! U-Pack I give you ???? ups!!!

We moved 4 hours away and didn't have a home to move into. U Pack was flexible, worked with our schedule, and were much more easy going then other moving companies we contacted. They stored our things for over a month and we saved over $1,000 using them over their competitors. Everything was safely transported and they took all of the worry out of the move.

We used UPack for our move from PA to SC. We needed to store us stuff for a month, while we waited to get into our new rental. When I called the Florence area, the person I spoke to was rude and short to me. Our UPack arrived and the driver informed us that a steel pole had damaged our pod and they covered it was tape, this was the first time anyone had informed us of damage. The driver thought that someone had already told us, we had our pods delivered on a day it was raining, because we assumed that everything with our pod was fine. When we opened the pod there were wood shavings everywhere and the tape was not covering the hole. When we got further back into our pod, where most of our boxes were, we discovered that our things were covered in thousands of ants, some of our stuff we were unable to save because of the amount of ants on our things, other things had to be opened outside & cleaned off before we took them into the house to avoid tracking in ants. We were highly disappointed with the company, for not communicating with us and telling us about their mistake. We will not be using this company again, and I would not suggest this company to my friends or family making a move. Upack proved to us they do not care about their customers, and for the price that we paid, I would of expected much better service.

This was a great way to move across country. The only problem I had was in SC getting the upacks delivered as I waited the four hour time frame they were supposed to come and when I called was told they were not on the way and it took another two hours to get there. On the receiving end they delivered early and picked up the next day.
