Tonya and her team at Dillon Branch are exceptional !!! They are always happy and willing to help. The customer service is top notch. Tonya has personally been my personal banker going on five years, when she transferred from Laurinburg I followed her to Dillon. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone !! If you do not bank with Woodforest you need to be !!

TBD, Not really happy right now. Tried to transfer my IRA from Ohio Two month ago. They said (Ohio), they never got the papers. I have not even gotten a call from the bank (Wood Forest) to follow up. And the mobile app is not sufficient either. Got two acount, yet can't transfer money back and forth. HUNTING NATIONAL BANK I. MISSSS. YOUUU!!!They called me back today, so I think they have redeemed themselves. They are gonna send paperwork out again, and she did something on her end to allow money transfer between my account now.Dandruff calmed down again.

Went to the Dillon SC office on 06/13/2022 at 11 am to make a deposit for a Friend. Cashier advised that she can only take checks due to her not having a vault key. I asked her to clarify what she just said, and she states that she requested a key to the vault at 9 am and at 11 am no one has showed up with a key. You can't make deposits on their ATM'S. Cashier advised me to go to Walmart customer service and that they can take the deposit. We'll, guess what! Customer service has one cashier with 10 people standing in line to be waited on.I advised my friend to move the account to a real Bank! Preferably Wells Fargo, where we both already have accounts.

I was finally able to get my business taken care of even though I had to go all the way to Florence which seems like the new norm for most Dillon County residents.
