Every single time Amazon uses this service I either don't get my package on time or I don't get it at all, and I desperately needed this last package that I now won't be receiving on time

Excellent, quick experience getting my passport application completed. Always had a good experience going to this post office for package drop offs as well.

The clerks are extremely slow especially when they open after their lunch break. I shouldn’t have to wait 15-20 minutes just to get my mail because no one wanted to put it in the PO Box. I don’t think passports should be allowed here because there’s not enough employees to manage incoming customers. I just want my mail but I have to wait on people getting their passport first. My packages are never in a PO Box and I think it’s because they don’t rotate the mail that’s been in a bigger locker for weeks. Their hours are extremely limited for people that need to receive their mail if they live in the apartments

I am disabled, and everybody who works at Drayton post office knows it, especially the postmaster, Amanda Dingleberry. I have had a post office box at Drayton post office for 12 years, and I'm currently paying approximately $80 every 6 months to have it. It would seem to me that if you are paying for a service that you expect to receive service. I was expecting a very important document to be delivered to my post office box and my caregiver's car was broken down. My caregiver called the Drayton post office and spoke to the postmaster there named Amanda Dingleberry. He asked Ms. Dingleberry if she could please go glance into my post office box which may I mention is located on the inner wall of the post office where all she has to do is walk over and peer into it because there is no back to the post office box. She refused to do so even after my caregiver explained to her that I am disabled with no vehicle and need proper accommodations from the post office. She adamantly refused to check my post office box even after my caregiver explained to her how dangerous walking on Drayton Road is and that there are cross markers all along the road where people have been run over trying to walk on the side of Drayton Road. The time that she spent on the phone arguing with my caregiver she could have walked and checked my post office box a dozen times. I told my caregiver if that is the way she feels that I guess I will just walk one and a half miles there and one and a half miles back home to check my post office box myself. I bundled up as best I could for the freezing cold weather outside and I held my caregiver's hand and began my journey to the Drayton post office. I walked the entire time in fear of my life that a car would run over onto the side of the road and kill me. I walked in unbearable pain with my hernia in my groin area the size of a cantaloupe. I was walking on the sidewalk having to stop every few steps because the pain was so unbearable. I walked with the cold wind blowing the tears out of my eyes onto the sides of my face. After finally making it to the post office to my dismay my walk there had been in vain. The letter that I had asked Amanda Dingleberry to check my box for was not there. To make this long story short, a trip that took me four and a half hours there and back to find out that the letter was not there would have only taken Amanda Dingleberry four seconds to get up from her desk to look for it herself. Ms. Dingleberry is always real quick to tell everyone she sees "God bless you!", but I have always heard that actions speak louder than words. In my opinion, what Amanda Dingleberry did was not very Christian like.SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!peerinto the back of it because there is no back to it.

I'm not usually one to complain; so if you are reading this, you can best believe that it is for a very good reason. I am a caregiver for someone who is disabled and who has had a PO Box at this location for going on twelve years. I always drive to Drayton USPS to pick up his mail; however, I have been having car trouble recently, and my only way to the post office to get his mail right now is on foot walking 1.5 miles there and 1.5 miles back. The walk there is very dangerous due to the heavy traffic and the fact that the entire road near the post office is decorated with crosses where pedestrians have been run over and killed by cars. I know this complaint is fairly long, but I must not leave out essential details; so please read further. My issue is with the postmaster of the Drayton USPS, Amanda Dingleberry. If you are a patron of the Drayton USPS, you will know that she is the one always parading around spouting out the words "God bless you" like she is the biggest Christian to ever walk on this planet. The person whom I caregive for was expecting a highly important letter to be delivered. I called the Drayton USPS and spoke to Amanda Dingleberry. I asked her politely if she could please take a glance into his PO Box to see if a letter had been delivered from a particular institution, and she flat out refused. I explained to her that the box holder is disabled, and in need of special accomodations, and she still flat out refused. I explained to her that I would have to walk 1.5 miles to the post office on that treacherous Drayton Road, and she still flat out refused.I've called the Drayton USPS several times over the past twelve years, and the postmaster, Ms. Amanda Dingleberry, is the first one to flat out refuse to assist me. It appears to me that Ms. Dingleberry is not the devout Christian that she would like the world to perceive she is. Maybe in the future she should ask herself, "What would Jesus do?"

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve EVER had, Robert ( brown hair ) was very rude and unhelpful , I couldn’t finish my sentence with out him cutting me off saying he couldn’t help me. After googling and confirming that he could in fact help me, I proceeded to explain that to him and he stated that unless I could finish filling out my forms in the next 2 minutes I would have to make another appointment because he was “about to go on his lunch break”. When he had wasted time arguing with me for the previous 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment about not being able to help me with anything. I will now have to take yet another day off work to reschedule another appointment. Best believe I will be going to the post office downtown instead. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might’ve just been having a bad day. However, after seeing that most of the bad reviews pertained to his customer service, or lack thereof, I realized this is an ongoing problem. I think it’s time usps stopped worrying about staffing issues and realize it’s better to have less employees than to have employees that discourage customers from using their services.

The manager of the store is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He needs to be replaced with someone who understands the value of customer service.
