Got shorted on 2 paychecks because their clock in system wasn't working and GM did not submit my time. I ended up quitting due to being treated like trash as an employee. Still haven't been paid. Will be reaching out to the labor board

I was ordering the adult happy meals and they didn't give me the toy. They should have taken it off of the app so people didn't waste money not far.

Went to McDonald's drive thru this morning, bought two big breakfast with hot cakes, after they took my money the lady at the window told me to pull up because they were waiting on the hot cakes. Okay... I know for a fact that the hot cakes get thrown in the microwave, don't understand the wait so she has me pull up. While I was waiting the lady at the window was vaping, other employees using their phones. After 15 minutes a guy brings me a totally different breakfast. I go inside with my receipt and they didn't have any hash browns to go with my breakfast, the lady asked if I minded having french fries instead. Goodness, they had at least 8 people working in the grill section. Never going back to the Boiling Springs SC location. It was a hot mess

I visited the restaurant at 1025 South Street in Simpsonville on 8/19/19 At 12:10 pm and it was filthy. Trash on the counters and on the floor. Another customer voiced the same complaint while we were getting napkins and straws. I won't visit that store again. The employee who waited on me didn't seem too interested in being there. The managers who train these people need to be trained first. One failure leads to another. There seems to be a lack of excellence. McDonalds used to take pride in their establishments.

Retrain your Managers, your staff is unhelpful. Here is the message I sent on the day we had issues..still no response. The McDonalds in inman is the most horrible store that I have ever been to. I did explain to the one of the mangers today that I will never spend another dollar in this store. If you order and say dine in, you wait 20 minutes for your food..order to go and they will skip right over everyone else to get you out the door. this is the 3rd time this has happene

Went to the Fairview road restaurant today and I waited 20 minutes for my order of two quarter pounders with cheese n the bacon cheese fries n Coke. The restaurant was nasty on the inside. It was 11:30 am. The tables n I mean all of them were dirty there was trash all over the floor and the manager was not there so I was told. We usually just go through the drive through but now that we actually see how dirty it is in the dining room I can only imagine the how unsanitary the kitchen is. I asked fir a bag to go since I could not get a refund. Needless to say our dog enjoyed our burger meat n fries. Never going back. I was customer number 210 that morning.
