I reserved two rooms - one of them being their only handicap accessible room for my 92 year old mother who uses a walker. In the 3 days between me making the reservation and our arrival, they gave our confirmed room to somebody else. This person wanted it for more than the single night we had a confirmed reservation for. The owners/managers let their greed screw over my mother....who couldn't use the shower, and could barely get her walker into the bathroom to use the toilet.

All in all this place is a solid 5 for a value price. Staff is kind, came around every day for room service, and even loaned me a charging port. I was here for 5 nights, no complaints at all. Very quiet, and peaceful.

My trip was very unpleasant and I felt very unsafe. My room was on the backside 118. There were people outside smoking. What smelled like marijuana? There were beer bottles on the back and there was trash and loud music. The washcloths were not clean and the room had a very strong smell of mold. The carpet felt damp. It was raining outside but the carpet felt as if the moisture was coming up under the floor.
I would not recommend this hotel and I did not feel safe.
Safety: I did not feel safe because there were people on the outside. Smoking and drinking with loud music.As if they live there

NO POOL!! I know that the first thing you see is a nice pool in the pics but, it's "closed for service" and has been that way for some time now.

Don't go there customer service is trash... lied about my reservation said I owe more money . Had my service dog with me and they said a 200 dollar non refund for her ( not an emotional support BTW ) had my whole family and they charged 50 each person... ( really counted each head and redid the numbers and told me to pay it ) as he was eating a fruit and spit it out into I don't know where.. don't go there .. we left and went elsewhere

Place was not clean. After the room was cleaned it was still dirty.and smelled like smoke

Hotel was dirty. Smelled of smoke. Would not ever stay there again. Hotel is not taken care of!
Rooms: Rooms were dirty, bathroom had strong urine odor, window was cracked, carpet was ripped, bathroom door had a huge crack, loveseat was dirty
Noteworthy details: Went to office and showed pictures of the damages the room had. The guy wouldn’t look at my pictures instead he “supposedly wrote everything down”
