I wish i could give -5 stars cause the employees in this store are terrible!!!! I went twice and had issues both times with 3 different employees (Crystal, Dee, & Juanita). The first time it was with Juanita and Dee I went on March 8, 2025 at 9:33 PM. OK, get to the register. Juanita rings up my stuff my total before my coupons came off was $27.60 after they came off was $25.20. Really it was supposed to be $20.20 because of the spend $25 get $5 off on saturday's. I said something twice about my coupon, not coming off that I have clipped in the app and since that didn’t work, I had my paper coupon from the week before when I came to Dollar General she scanned that and it still didn’t come off because when I got my receipt, it’s a different price than what I should’ve been charged. so I stepped outside for about 10 minutes and add up everything about 5 or 6 times to make sure that I did spend over $25 to get the $5 off. So I come back in to see if I could get the refund of just the $5! That’s when Dee comes up and she tries to do the refund so then I just say “OK well can I just do a refund of everything and just do it over again?” That’s what she proceeds to say “oh you should’ve said something before you paid” so she’s basically making it seem like it’s my fault I should’ve said something which I did say something twice. They were about to close at 10 so Dee told me to come back the next day to get my refund.
That same night at a different store about 25 minutes from my house got the exact same items and had no issues my total was $20.03! after all my coupons.
I was told to come back the next day to get my refund. I come back the next day and I spoke with Crystal on March 9, 2025 at around 9:35 AM. I get there she’s trying to say that “oh they did your return last night.” which makes no sense because why would I still have the items that I supposedly returned and got my money back for….that’s called stealing why would I do that and come back to return the item for a second time. Then later she said “is everything here ? are you sure you didn’t get charged twice?” I got threatened to get corporate called on me which makes no sense because I don’t what that would have to do with anything. I could easily call 911 on them. I eventually got my money back. I get to the car and I’m a dollar short. I was like I’m not even gonna worry about it. I don’t even care anymore. I just won’t ever come back to this specific store.

Who the heck running this place now Scooby-Doo. The last time I came down here there was a stinking couple down here. The girl couldn’t take care of the customers for trying to make out with her boyfriend, kissing and hugging and both of them smelling straight across the counter like funk. Now, you got a new one down here and she can’t run the register for trying to be outside smoking and on her phone but this what you all are paying for. I don’t know who that man was previously ran that this place before he work seven days a week sun up to sundown.nobody else will run this business like him. At the rate it’s going, this store will be closed in a year.

Worst dollar general around here - computer system always slow - not working - coupons randomly won’t work - wrong prices all throughout store I will travel the extra few miles to go to another one waste of time

Refused to allow my 3 year old to use the restroom. Said the public restroom was not open to the public. I was willing to be a paying customer but refused to open the restroom. From what I understand a public store has to have an open functional bathroom! We are freshly potty training and having an emergency.

Store was clean but disregards the homeless man that lives on the side wake which Mack’s me feel uncomfortable and the trash scattered about at the dump .

The people here good. They work hard and always very short staffed. The company doesn't pay the employees enough for their living expenses. The cashiers has to stock products and run the register.

I've been in there several times in the past 2 weeks & alot their shelves have little to nothing on them. It's very frustrating to go to get certain items you know they have, but shelves are empty. Is no one stocking the shelves? Do they not have enough staff to get products on the shelves? Apparently they don't mind losing business. Please stock shelves for your customers to get what they need when they come in & not have to go somewhere that's not as convenient.

It's DG, they seem to be having more supply chain issues than other stores, not sure why, maybe they need to hire more tractor trailer drivers and offer better pay, if they offer a schedule and pay that's suitable they could possibly retain quality drivers. For those that want to work companies need to offer more incentives for increased productivity.
