Will never go here again. The lady was extremely rude the entire time rushed me when trying to pick a color out, tried to do a half job on my nails by painting my skin but yet still missing half of my nail and tried to seal it while it looked that way when I pointed it out to her she got rude then got someone else to paint them very thick and all nails began chipping that week.

I’ve been to this nail salon several times, primarily because they have chairs designed for children. However, my experience has been consistently negative over the past three visits. One particular employee, Dania, has made my daughters’ and my experiences miserable. She lacks patience and her demeanor is incredibly condescending. Today I came in for a basic pedicure and my daughter was getting her nails and toe nails done. She was rude and spoke down to me and she talking to her peers her tone was different. She did my pedicure and it was completely mediocre. It was one thing after another. I honestly don’t know how she could work here! Her coworkers also noticed how she was talking to me and how awful her service was. Never coming back. If possible avoid this woman at all coast!

Took my 5 year old daughter here for her first mani/pedi and was extremely happy. Great service and they were very kind to my daughter. Also SO much cleaner (the kids chairs specifically) than other salons in the area.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been coming here in and off for several years. The last few visits was questionable. There are a few Techs that are unfriendly to women of color. Thought I was exaggerating. This one lady has a problem with me every time. She’s sassy, unfocused and ungrateful for my business. Today I was charged extra $$. Normally the owner will ring me up using my number which I’m assuming I’m earning points. This Time the Nail Tec rang me up . Ok so this is how we doing. She always seem to have an attitude with me. She gets up 10x doing random things and into everyone else business with very little respect for my time. She really do a half job even though I feel she can do better. One other issue they changed my name to Joanna to reflect my cell number. I advised the owner that my name is Lois over a year ago. Now I’m confused as to why they think I’m a Joann’a, Wow!! I will never step foot in that place again . And I will warn my connections to do the same. Elegant Nails
Just lost three loyal customers, my mom & daughter as well . I’m rating this a 2️⃣ because I didn’t always have these experiences!Some were just Ok. Always felt a negative energy. Everyone else gets a Hello how are you, see you next time but others like me do not . Look at the reviews yourself! They like my money but not me. I don’t want to be anywhere I’m not welcome. There is plenty of Nail salons around here . I’m good! ✌🏽Deuces!

Dana did an awesome job on my nails, I will be back! My father in law was with me and had his first pedicure, he was so impressed and wants to go again. Highly recommend them, very clean and staff is wonderful!

Buyer beware! If you buy a gift certificate for a friend or loved one be warned. When you buy a gift certificate will have to read the terms and conditions to the person you give it to. You would be better off giving them the cash and recommending a better nail salon. Is the money spent on the gift certificate any less valuable 90 days when you issued the certificate? Let my loss be you warning ⚠️
