I would not recommend doing business with First Piedmont. If you have an issue and require their assistance they will do everything in their power to duck your phone Calls and ignore your questions. They will even run interference for one another by telling you the person you need to speak with is off work that day. I've yet to interact with one person, at any of the three branches I visited, whom treated me with an ounce of care or dignity. Misty, one of the customer service reps, clearly hates her job and would rather be anywhere else. They will do as little as humanly possible to address your concerns. I ♡ Ashely and all the girls who work at the East Main Street Spartanburg branch!! They are ALL so friendly and helpful! ! They know me by name and we talk like old friends! ! Y'all keep up the GREAT job!!
