Power went out during haircut and was told it would be taken care of and then got charged full price even though I had a coupon they couldn’t take becaus of the power issue

Very good haircut by Delia!
The only problem that I had was trying to use my coupon for a $9.99 haircut. I received the coupon (TB7KVR) on 07/28/2025 via my personal email account, offer expires 08/29/2025. I was informed that it already been used.
I was given, the senior discount (which I qualify for)!

Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for something simple and walked out looking like my hair had been hacked at with no plan. It’s uneven, choppy, and completely butchered.
On top of that, the stylist rushed through the whole appointment, and acted like they didn’t care at all about the outcome. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just to fix the mess that was made.

DAWN deserves the five star rating She took the time to hear me out and actually listen to the type of haircut I wanted she worked with a texture of my hair and make sure the frizz was gone and also offered me a product that would help keep the frizz away!!! Outstanding customer service she greeted me as soon as I walked in and got me checked in and right over to her chair

We have tried so many places to get our son's hair cut and it's always so hard. Andrea and the awesome ladies at this great clips were great. Andrea knew exactly how to keep my giant child calm, he had fun she kept him entertained and made what used to be a dreaded event a fun experience. Donna, Jennifer and Maggie also helped hold his head when needed and keep him distracted about conversation. He is excited to go back l!
