Walked in tried askin different prices got one answer all while the lady looked at her phone nd told me she was waiting on someone. The attitude was unnecessary

Got my nails done today and the work they did was awful. The acrylic is lumpy and doesn’t go all the way to the cuticle, their polish on the sample nails don’t match what’s in the bottles, and they try to force you to keep your hands under the light for no reason (which is awful for your skin). I made sure to push my cuticles back before I went in because the last time I was there they did the same thing and blamed it on my cuticles. They also pulled tools out of their drawers to use on me that had dust from the prior customers nails on it, which means they don’t follow SCLLR rules and regulations regarding public health and cleanliness. I never complain about nails but I had to this time, I let them know I wasn’t happy so it won’t come as a shock when they see this review, although I doubt they’ll really care. Just go somewhere else.

Beware, the man can’t paint nails so you have to wait for the woman. They cut me, burned me with the tool, filed my nail all the way down. Not to mention was rushing me and complained about having to put a star on my nail. Paint was chunky, nails were put on crooked, overall very rough.

Worst place I’ve ever gone to for acrylics. Nails were uneven, and not shaped. Color wasn’t done correctly and nail tech got polish all over fingers and didn’t remove it. Over all horrible experience.

I went in Thursday 11/4/21 and the man did my nails. He used the electric file thing and cut 4 of my fingers. It is now Saturday and they still hurt so bad. I have got my nails done for over 25 years and I have never had this problem. The ring finger on my left hand is an absolute mess. It hurts the worse and yet it looks like he didn't even file it. I will never go here again. 40 bucks for pain and bad looking nails.

I took my daughter into get a manicure and me a pedicure. We was met by a lady as soon as we entered the salon. The only lady that seemed to be working, the salon was completely empty. She walked up to us eating a bowl of food & asked us what we wanted. I told her and she told my daughter to sit down and “pick out color” n then she went to the back of the room and sat down in front of the tv and continued to eat her bowl of food. My daughter already knew what she wanted so we waited for her to finish eating and come back over to our table. When she walks back over she was opening a bag of Fritos and started to chomp away while My daughter tells her what she was wanting. The lady sits down with her chips & grabs her hands to begin and then stops and says oh you need to wash hands. So my daughter gets up and goes to wash her hands all the while this chick is still eating her Fritos and never once washed her hands. My daughter comes back and she finally begins her nails after putting on her tv show on her phone to watch of course while she is doing her nails. So after terrible service, a couple cuts (from her not paying attention) & $45 later and no pedicure for me we got the hell out.Service: Manicures
