In my case it was drop, everything was very fast and very friendly, the staircase with black bars number N_18 IS WHERE YOU ARE SERVED, YOU TOUCH THE BUTTON ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DOOR AND WAIT FOR MISS EYE N. 18 TO COME OUT
