“I cannot say how much I appreciate the help I got from Steve store manager Express Tire Engineer here at this location. He helped me to get a new tire from a close by location and they replaced it quickly so I am back on the road. Superior service, great people.”

“This morning, I had a battery issue that caused my Bronco Sport to lose all power at the intersection of Highway 290 and Reidville Road. In a 7:00 AM panic, I was trying to find someone to help jump my vehicle when one of your master technicians (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) came to my rescue. He quickly got my Bronco started and was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. I was later able to get everything resolved thanks to a pending Ford recall, but I wanted to publicly express my gratitude. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and genuine kindness. You turned a stressful morning into a much better one, and you’ve absolutely earned a new customer!”

“Always been happy with the quality of service but this last time really highlighted a lot of great qualities of the employees. First, no wait, which could have been the time of day, but I also attribute to their overall professionalism and well managed shop. My visit was quick. All of the employees are friendly, open doors for you, and are easily approachable for asking questions or just chatting while waiting for your car. They always seem honest with their assessment of the vehicle, never trying to sell me something I don’t need, and honest about how long you have on it. And for a final touch on this last trip in, my glove box had gotten offset and wouldn’t latch on one side. Without even asking, they fixed it and it’s now working normal. No extra charge on the bill. Appreciate the little things, and will continue to use them.”

“When I have time I do it myself but sometimes you need quick and on the run. The oil light shines and you realize you never got around to it and your motor is in hell. You don't have time to fit it in, you've got fifteen minutes. They are on the way and convenient. You wonder if it's legit. You wonder if it's schetchy but you are in need. The guys are hardened by inside jokes, hot oil sloshing out and mediocre pay. Still, they show up, they do their jobs and send you on your way feeling confident in your cars ability to putt putt down the road a few more miles. Another time you'll do it yourself. Might even give it a full check up but when in a pinch you'll know where you can go.”

“Gwinn’s has now become my go to place for any exhaust work here in the upstate! Needed a custom muffler installed and Hawk got me in on a lift in a matter of minutes upon arriving. He also had extreme attention to detail and was able to turn my headache into a sigh of relief. Very friendly and great price will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“It was pretty good in the service had oil changed and radiator flushed and all fluids topped off and tires filled. Wanted to have my tires rotated but I was in a truck and they didn’t have the equipment to do it so I was unable to have it done.”

“As the name says it was a Quick stop, if you set up an appointment they will have your information on file so by the time you get there just handle the keys and you will be in your way home in 45mins. I was there for oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement of the company’s truck.”

“I had the BEST experience ordering tires at Walmart. Vanna made the process super quick and easy. I was able to order what I wanted with no upselling. They arrived 3 days later as she predicted. I drove in and waited less than an hour to have them installed. The text feature is great for orders and installation updates. The Panteras I ordered for $60 each are super smooth and quiet. The techs were super polite, friendly and helpful. I'll be back for my free rotations :)”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but the two guys working the auto center in the mornings (one tall, one shorter) were awesome. My daughter went in for an oil change and said it was the best experience she’s ever had at a shop. They were super welcoming and didn't make her feel intimidated or pressured at all. It’s rare to find people who actually care about the customers like this. Management definitely needs to give these guys a raise—they’re the reason we’ll be coming back to this Walmart for service. Great job guys!”
