“DASH is always available and drivers are reliable and dependable. Make sure to provide accurate information on weight and size. Many drivers use their own vehicles which can't handle larger loads. So if the wrong information is given you may end up with a delayed delivery as they then need to send a larger vehicle. But otherwise, they provide prompt and affordable services.”

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. What another business couldn’t be bothered to do because “they had too many orders to fill”, UPS handled quickly and efficiently. Within minutes, my print was completed exactly as requested.

“I had an experience at Staples this evening with the print center. Sam is the name of the representative that was helping me tonight. Her level of Customer Service is rare in this day and age. She was very accommodating , helpful and efficient. She was the only one working back there and the line got long fast. Sam acknowledged everyone and still was diligent to help. She helped me with printing my grandmother's funeral programs, which was very helpful. It took a load off of me and she did an excellent job. We need more Sam's in the retail industry.”
