I love my local ups store @2153 E Main St Duncan. Everyone here is super friendly & Kind. The line always move quickly or barely a line at all. I enjoy coming here so much that besides my Amazon returns & stuffs I even bring all USPS return here instead of the post office. My grateful for their great service & friendly attitude. Thanks Ups

Staff is very efficient and friendly.
Wanted to add special thanks to Victoria for her patience with a QR code issue for some Amazon returns. In spite of the busy atmosphere, she was extremely helpful and was able to get the issue resolved! Thanks Victoria!

Everyone at this location is wonderful to work with! I have a mailbox there as well as using it for sending packages and Amazon returns. They were also super helpful recently when a package coming to my mailbox there was mis-directed even though it wasn’t their fault.

Grateful for Victoria! She’s always so helpful, but this last time she truly went above and beyond. I forgot to close my return box and was about to buy packing tape—she let me know I didn’t need it and helped me seal it up. Truly appreciated!
