I moved away from this area a few months ago. I never knew just how bad a local post office can be until I left Duncan. My new post office is nice and always helpful. My mail isnt opened and searched before its delivered. Someone needs to look into this location. Major change is needed.

Don't know what's up with our regular mail carrier but the one we got now isn't delivering my bills I've been late on several because thay show up in the mail app to be delivered but thay never make it to my mailbox.Wheres my mail going?

Came here to simply drop off an eBay package. I created the label on Saturday so that I’d be ready to run a quick errand to drop it off on Monday. The clerk denied the drop off and said it was a “stale” label. It was 2 days old.
I drove to the Wellford post office and was able to drop it off, no questions.
I’ve done this countless times in the past with other packages where the labels have been even “older” and never been denied a drop off.
Long story short: skip this location and use the Wellford location if at all possible.

Continuously receiving mail for my neighbors and missing my mail. I can’t get any help on the phone so I have to go down there. I’ve already complained multiple times about this.

Idk why I bother going here. Mercari automatically creates a label when someone buys something from my page and it has a goal to ship within 2-3 days. The date said 5-31 so the lady refused to take it. I would have to refund the buyer their money and then they would have to purchase the item again. I just drove down to the Lyman post office and they didn’t give me any pushback and shipped it. It’s a stupid date. Those ladies need to get over themselves and calm down

Wouldn't just tape a box, instead we have to buy a whole roll of tape for 6 inches (at most). Worst service I've ever had at a post office with the rudest staff imaginable! Save yourself the headache and go anywhere but here! Hopefully this location is closed with part of the DOGE stuff because it is the biggest waste of our tax paying dollars!

Agnes must have been in a bad mood today. As I was addressing an envelope she was extremely rude to an older lady mailing a package. When I carried the items I needed to drop off to the counter she was then rude to me.

Agnes was great. She helped me with all my paperwork and things I need to do on an international shipment. Whoever the other older lady was , no ! , rude and not helpful at all.

Our mail carrier is such a pain... I have informed delivery that tells me what mail is expected to be delivered each day and I still don't get my mail like I should. If I have any packages they are usually crammed into the mailbox and when they are put on my porch they are tossed at the front door. Lord knows walking a few extra feet to set the package on the porch is just asking too much. This kind of stuff happens all the time.

Our usual delivery girl Tracie is wonderful. But I found a set of sheets that I ordered in the flowerpot at the base of our mailbox. Anyone could've just taken the $60 set! Tracie would never do that. She would come down the drive & beep & if no answer she'd put mail & pkg on front porch.

The lady that takes the mail is very inconsiderate and rude. They need a new mail man/lady. This wouldn’t be the first time she is a problem and probably won’t be the last. Definitely need her to be fired immediately. Please find new hires she obviously doesn’t like her job.

Numerous times I have placed my company payments in the outside box at this post office they have arrived late. I have had to pay several late fees over the last months. When I have put my check payments at other post office locations I have not had this problem. I pay my bills 10 days before they are due.

My sub mail man leaves most of the mail box doors open my mail is wet and often have to pick the neighbors mail off my lawn from it blowing out of mail boxes. I often have to deliver my neighbors mail and bills that is placed in my mail box and i had three packages just the last 2 weeks that say they cant be delivered. I do not want to presume its cause he doesnt want to walk them to the door and just brings them back as undeliverable but he said he has Severe dislexia when i confrinted him soo with that excuse i cant trust anything else will be done right or with true integrity but seems they will hire anyone these days. Yes i reported him but he still keeps coming back so?♂️
