I have a problem with my phone that comes and goes. I went in and talked with Chris. He listened carefully and tested the phone several times. Of course it wouldn't misbehave for him as it sometimes does for me. We talked about all options, including an upgrade, but with no high pressure to upgrade. In fact he said that since I like my phone, maybe I should keep it. If it acts up again, I should immediately bring it back to the store so that he can verify it and submit a claim with the insurance that I have. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how much he actually wanted to be able to fix the phone for me. Don't hesitate to use this store - you'll be glad that you came!

This whole crew is fabulous to work with! Chris, D, Q, and Steve all worked together with great attitudes, work ethic, and efficiency. We came in needing two phone upgrades and wanted to find out about getting one of our business lines cancelled. They got the job done easily. Chris, D, & Q went above and beyond to get us set up with screen protectors, updated charging blocks, & made sure we were set up for success. Really enjoyed chatting with these wonderful folks. We would absolutely come back to this store for our future Verizon needs!
