On Thursday I was told a prescription would be ready in Saturday, but when I showed up I was told that I needed
a new prescription. If they had said that on Thursday, I could have gotten a new prescription from my doctor that day. Now, I will go without a daily prescription until Monday at the earliest. A wasted trip and no medication that I need for at least 2 days, because their computer system is horrible! Bye bye Walgreens.

Never had a problem with this location and their photo center until recently. Now it is almost every order I place gets messed up or canceled. It is a pain to resubmit my orders to a different location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by to get my Mothers medication and not only did we have to wait a while, they STILL do not have it ready. “We’ve called the doctor..” spew doesn’t make sense when you use it every single time. The lady at the window was SO RUDE. I’m sorry, but the windows are so dark you can’t see them and it’s so hard to hear them. The lady working 5/22 obviously doesn’t like to repeat herself because of it. My mom will be getting her medicine somewhere else. RIDICULOUS.

This pharmacy absolutely refuses to answer the phone. Several times I've been put on hold for 30 min - 1 hr only for them to eventually pick up and hang up immediately. I'm a truck driver and there are just some things the automated system cannot answer. So rude and unprofessional.

I'm really surprised by the rating for this Walgreens. I've been going here for several years and have never had a negative interaction with any staff member. The shelves are always well-stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient for those living in Moore. Honestly, my only wish is that Walgreens Corporate would discontinue selling tobacco products similar to CVS.

This place is such a disappointment. Always understaffed and a several day wait to get any prescriptions. Forgot someone answering the phone! It ain’t gonna happen.

I had an extremely bad experience at this pharmacy. The staff were incredibly rude, and they even tried to give me the wrong medicine. When I went inside, I witnessed the cashier at the pharmacy window yelling at an elderly lady because she couldn't reach her card at the window. This unprofessional behavior was just the beginning.
When it was my turn to be helped, the lady who initially assisted me went to get someone else. This new person was even ruder and became visibly angry when I called someone to inform them of the situation. She told me I was banned from the pharmacy, called me a racial slur multiple times, and insisted that the manager was not in and that she was the next in charge.
Determined to resolve the issue, I eventually found the real manager, who shockingly turned out to not be the person who had just claimed to be the manager. She refused to give me my medicine and reiterated that I was banned from the pharmacy This entire experience was not only distressing and humiliating but also completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this pharmacy due to their appalling behavior and lack of customer care.
Also proceeded to tell other employees who were not pharmacy techs personal medical information which is a HIPPA violation. Have the whole thing on recording

I came here last week to pick up some medication, and I will say, that EVERYONE who works in the pharmacy are some of the rudest people I have ever met. When asked about something in relation to the medication, the person who was talking to me walked away because they were annoyed at the fact that I was asking a question. They then sent someone else to come talk with me instead. All of the negative reviews are true. The pharmacy staff is genuinely very rude and will make you feel like a moron for asking any questions about the medication. I would suggest going anywhere else but here.

Getting the pharmacy to answer the phone takes an act of congress, and there’s one female pharmacy employee that has a constant attitude. If I knew her name I’d list it. Ever since we moved to Spartanburg we’ve had a problem finding a good pharmacy. They need to figure it out.
Editing to add: Her name is Janelle. And she felt the need to tell me that MY child shouldn’t need her medicine that was delayed because HER child “takes the same medication and does fine without it for a few days.” As if that somehow makes it better that my child was out of medication and they wouldn’t transfer it to another pharmacy because it’s “illegal.”

They kept me on hold for 1 hour and 30 mins until the store closed. Never came to the line. I had my Drs office send a prescription in at 1:30pm and verified it was received by Walgreens ((which it was)) it was still not ready by 6:00 pm when I got off work. That is why I was calling, was to find out why it wasn't ready.

I have had poor experiences with the pharmacy staff over the last 60-days. After today’s experience, I transferred my prescriptions. It shouldn’t be a battle to pick up a prescription when one is notified via text it is ready for pick up. I also do not need to be asked “are you really this sick? Your doctor sure went overboard.” The pharmacy representatives are argumentative and rude for no reason.
