Both of my tanks were filled during one stop as opposed to filling one tank and then comingback for the other. Finally got agreement to fill both tanks during one stop.

Now that you buffoons closed the local office. We never know what driver is coming to serve our multiple tanks. The driver that showed up on Tuesday pulled in the driveway and then left. When we were notified that the delivery wasn’t made. The reason given for not delivering was the road was blocked. LIE LIE LIE LIAR. the reason the delivery wasn’t made is a case of the LAZY TAIL ON THE DRIVERS PART. How do I know this I was watching the driver. The road is a drive that serves 2 houses. I could drive an 18 wheeler up and down it. You wanted to know how my experience was there it is in black and white. This isn’t the first time this has happened. When an unknown driver shows up to deliver gas to a place that has 3 tanks the driver then has to do some thinking and use logic as to where and how is he going to locate these different tanks. That is we’re the lazy tail comes in. The world of gps simplifies this process but yet the gas company refuses to put gos on 2 of the 3 tanks we use. So now we are waiting for the driver that has common sense and some reasoning to show up and fill the tank. The fix for this ongoing mess is open the local office back up and hire local drivers that get to know the location of the PAYING customers tank or tanks and problem solved. If I could I would give this review a negative googleplex of 000000.

Ordered and paid for gas for my niece Teresa Alexander in S.C. on Jan 4th still not delivered after 3 calls and promises. Was told the driver was 3 stops away ,but still no delivery as of 10 tonight.This company is bad service.Do not use this company.

This is the story of a big corporation ruining a local business. The local people are very nice and helpful but they are prevented from doing good work by corporate incompetence and mismanagement. The local phone number is now a lie, it connects to an offshore customer service center that is unreliable and does not communicate properly with the local offices. This has turned the local workers and operators into faceless, anonymous cogs in the AmeriGas machine, which is really unfair to them. In the meantime, until the business model returns to sense, be ready for a cable-tv, phone-company type of semi-monopoly service. Unfortunately for the good local people, Amerigas should be avoided. Buy your own tank if you can and find a local person you can actually talk to for propane supply.

The delivery driver (Anthony) was great! However the delivery was a day late and communication with the call center is the worst. I was supposed to get a automated call the day before the delivery and then they were to give the driver a note to call before arriving. Nethier of these happened. It's just terrible that a "local" company can't have "local" people to talk to. The chat option online is an absolute waste of time!!

Call center not so great!! I called to request inspection of a 30+ year old tank, but your rep arranged for my service to be cut off! When I got the error corrected, both people I dealt with - the mam who inspected (and replaced) my tank was wonderful; and the man who filled the tank was very nice.
