My mother and I went here looking for a specific battery for our lawnmower. Told the guy at the counter the model of the lawn mower and he asked if we knew what the battery was called it took. We told him no, and told him again what the battery went to. Kid blows up screaming about having to deal with stupid people. Stormed off to the backroom slamming things around. All he had to do was Google it, Like I did as this was all going on. Kid has anger issues. Get help. Will not return.

Manager stayed on the phone while I waited in the store standing there for several minutes. The nice young lady who was new and didn't know how to program keys finally got him to pay attention and he then decided it was too close to closing time to do the programming, 20 minutes when I walked in the door. I was the only customer in the store the entire time.

The technician broke something internally in my daughter’s phone and didn’t say anything or report the damage until the phone was brought back because the screen went black. She was told they would continue to replace the screen if it happened again, but then told her they couldn’t do anything else the second time and she would have to buy a new phone. No refund, no accountability for the broken phone, and we are left with a phone that doesn’t work!

Made an appointment online on a Wednesday to get my old phones screen fixed, as I got a new one and had to return my old one. Got a call probably an hour before my appointment time and was told that they had call outs and wouldn’t be able to do my phone that day. Which wasn’t a big deal. So I made another appointment for the next day at 6pm. I got to the store to get my screen fixed and was told the same thing. That two people had called out and he wasn’t going to be able to do my phone. Didn’t bother calling me so I didn’t waste my time driving there. Yet when I got there, there wasn’t any customers except me. They also didn’t close for another 3 hours. The guy told me to come back the next morning (Friday) and he would have everything ready to fix it. So I did, walked in as soon as they opened that morning and was told for a THIRD time, that he can’t do it. Apparently the screen he “saved” for my phone just disappeared because he “couldn’t find it”. Was told he would call me once he found the screen since I had to get to work. NEVER got a call. Not surprised. Ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Wasted 3 days of my time trying to get a 20 minute problem fixed. Do not recommend.

I needed a battery for my car. I checked multiple stores for price and availability. Batteries Plus showed the best price and a better battery with a longer warranty. Wasn't the closest to my home but I thought it would be worth the drive for a better quality product.When I got to the store they did not have the better battery shown on the internet. When I questioned about the online inventory showing that they did, they said their online inventory was not accurate and they could not do anything about it. On top of not having what I had just driven an extra 20 miles to get, the price was $184 dollars not the $169 price listed on the internet.I went ahead and bought it as I did not want to spend more time getting my car back in operation.When I got home I checked their website again, just to make sure I had not made a mistake. Both batteries are still listed as available and at a lower price than they charge in the store.I will not do business with them in the future.

I'm only giving one star so I can put this post up. I looked on the website for the particular store. Which is NAMED Batteries Plus and BULBS. I needed headlights for my wife's car. I searched the year, make and model. I found 9 different types of bulbs in stock at that store. So I called the store at 4:18pm on October 20, 2023. I told the man that answered that I was looking for headlights for my wife's car.I was abruptly and rudely cut off. I was told that they don't sell lights. I needed to check with an auto part store. I told the man that the website stated that there were several in stock. I just need to know which ones would be best. I again was told that they do not sell lights. I needed to get in touch with an auto part store. I was in the process of telling him that I've bought lights there before. Then was hung up on. Last month I spent almost $300 for a car battery. I guess if you are going to drop that kind of money. They have time to talk to you. This was one of the rudest encounters I've had. The lights I need are not cheap. I am planning on replacing all four of the headlights. Which would have been around over $100. Well I guess they have lost my business and anyone in earshot of me as well. Even if I'm buying a .99 cent item. You should have some kind of courtesy. VERY unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. If you are looking for anything at this store. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else and support a business that appreciates their customers. I see other customers that give bad reviews. They are told to call the store manager. I'm curious to see if anything really happens. Or is it just a bunch of smoke blown? I doubt anything will happen to anyone. But I just want people to know. Look for another store.

Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. They fixed my iPhone 11 screen in less than 2 hours and it looks brand new. Brandon was great!

Guy cashier act as if he didn't want to make a key for me and wasn't very knowledgeable about making a key told me Home Depot and Lowes doesn't make car keys WRONG Had keys made at hardware store myself IF I COULD GIVE A NO STAR I WOULD JUST SAY YOU DIDN'T Want to make the Darn Key If you want a Key Made Go to Ace Hardware they did it NO HASSLE

I stopped by today because I needed to recycle/discard an old iPhone battery. I was hesitant to take the battery out myself and was afraid it would explode. The gentleman who was working at the time was able to remove said part in about 2 minutes! For free! I was overjoyed! He was very pleasant and went straight to work. I will definitely be returning should I need one of their other services! Thank you!

I hate people who leave negative reviews on Google but here I go anyway.Trying to get a transponder key for my vehicle cut/programmed it's an older SUV I haven't had much luck I give the store a call the female on the end says oh yeah absolutely we can do it come on in she did mention she was a trainee.Now I don't live close to this one but it's the closest one I live to so 30 minutes maybe?I get there pretty much no wait a younger guy with red hair really friendly comes over we talk about it he goes to cut the key then realizes that hey this isn't going to work and that it's too long which I think he already knew but he cut the blank anyway so I was left with a cut key that didn't work then he proceeds to give me a website to check out and he says oh you take a picture of it and they send it to you and that's great and I'm excited going to find out it's for dealers and professionals only not for the general public.So they were friendly and I guess tried? But 30 minutes back 30 minutes the other way and a cut key that I absolutely cannot use and I have to buy a new blank now.They're probably really good at other stuff but definitely not my situation.

Great,friendly service! I got sand in my Google phones charge port and they fixed it fast and didn't even charge me the $10fee. Great people,I highly recommend the place to anyone needing their phones repaired,battery replaced or key fobs done
