Online technology over bloated with nonsense, loading images lag, too many buttons, needs to be more streamlined and their used vehicles are extremely overpriced it’s best to buy a new vehicle.

I recently bought Jan. 2026 a used Ford Escape with the help of Cornelius Hill. This salesperson was very helpful through the whole process. Although a used vehicle, Cornelius took care of me as if I were buying a brand-new vehicle. I recommend his service along with Benson Ford in general. Joe D

I had an awesome experience with Benson Ford last month. I was on the lookout for a Tacoma for quite a while, and the perfect 2023 Tacoma was waiting for me at Benson Ford. Cornelius was super helpful and set up a test drive for me the same day I reached out about it, and he stayed late with me the next day after I got off work to make sure I went home in my new truck. Super happy with the purchase, and super happy with Benson Ford's customer service.
