This was a much more pleasant experience than prior trips to Benson Ford. The new service person, Joshua, was much more informed and attentive. I had a bad experience with a former service person, who did not pay attention to what she was doing and listed my vehicle as having over 150,000 miles on it when it only had 42,000. I had to make a return trip and have this corrected by the service manager. This type of incompetence can affect vehicle warranty and value. I am glad they have a new competent person in the service department now. I do have to say that there are other great service personnel, but glad to work with Joshua on this last visit.

Was able to drop off my car and pick it up at my leisure. I Was able to pay over the phone for my convenience. The work was completed and have not had any issues with the repairs.

I was traveling in the area the Saturday before Thanksgiving and my F-150 gave me an overheating warning. I pulled over and saw water dripping everywhere. I called Benson and talked with Joshua who was helpful and let me know the Service dept was open til 2 and he could have a tech look at it.Within an hour of dropping off the truck, Joshua called me to say they had the part and could get me on the road by 2pm.And by 2pm, I was back on the road! Thank you Joshua and Saul.

Took my wife's suv in under ford ESP for a O2 sensor and a front end noise. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and then an additional 7 weeks for repairs. Both repairs were covered under warranty thankfully. The day after we picked the car up the service advisor called asking to take payment on a battery that a technician, unknowingly to us, installed due to a dead battery (after the vehicle sat on the lift for 7 weeks and drained the battery). When the next service came due I got under the vehicle to change the oil and filter to find both factory installed skid plates missing and where both side spindles had been severely beaten to removed them to fix the front end noise. Needless to say after seeing the quality of the repair jobs along with the entire evolution of the repair I will drive to 1 of the other 2 Ford dealers within the same distance to me for further service, repairs, or purchases.After posting i recalled the fact we also wanted service to repair a noise with the rear blower motor. The techs said they couldn't hear it or find any issues. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle I could hear the noise in question remained. Additionally the next time we opened the rear cargo area the trim surrounding the blower motor was stil removed leaving me to install or drive the 1.5 hour round-trip to have it put back as it should've been.

Every time I have my car serviced they are on time with my appointment and I don’t have to wait long. Sale personal are considerate and not too pushy. Good folks to work with all around.

I bought this 2011 Ford F-150 and my daughter a 2013 Fusion the same day at your dealership. My truck was at your shop 2 weeks. Never touched. I picked it up and Goodyear fixed it in one day. How would you feel? I’m being kind giving you 2 stars. You guy’s should be ashamed of yourself. Also, I’m returning parts your service shop said I needed. Is this normal??

My partner and I came to this dealership two weeks ago and we had the pleasure to talk with Austin (salesman) about buying a truck, Austin professionally answered all the questions helping us to get the right vehicle.After talking with Austin we visited more dealerships looking for a better deal but two weeks later we went back to Austin to buy a car.Austin gave us the best deal and good advice to buy the vehicle we needed, now we have a good vehicle and we are very happy with it.
