They have a friendly service they need a wider variety of boots kinda on the pricey side but but for boots, I guess it's OK, a great line of clothes also pricey

When i walked in the store no one asked if I needed help and after 30min of being in the store still nothing so I walked over to 3 of the young ladies and ask if they worked there the response was yes not what can I help you with or anything I saw some young men in the store that had their attention not any of the other customers.I said something to the manager on duty and said they are to playful to be working with the public. I don't like spending my money with people that don't want to help

Thousands of jeans but only one in my size no matter what brand. If I have to order them online I might as well shop around for price because the prices are somewhat higher.

After making an $800 purchase with the lovely Lisa- Jane the manager rushes up and tells her “we have a line” begins throwing our items in bags, leaving out 2 t shirts. After arriving a hour and a half back home and discovering the missing shirts - called and Jane the manager is just as rude and without customer service on the phone. Lisa and Stephanie were lovely and very helpful! Jane states she’s been in management over 30 years.. this is a sad statement for its fruits! Shop elsewhere is my advise.

Went in to buy my son a pair of boots, he's very particular. He's a size 13. Staff was very helpful, helped me find the perfect pair and checkout was pleasant and fast! Good quality boots, love them!

I think the lady's name was Heather. But either way her and Tyler where great to deal with. She schooled me on my "feet" and basically told me what boot I needed. How ironic. But it was a nice and knowledgeable experience. Tyler thank you for your service buddy. And trying to sell me the cow print boot Jack!! That was a good joke!!
