Customers find it simple to get the unit they want and appreciate quick responses and friendly service, especially from staff who speak good English. Many have rented for over two years and describe the process as the best they've had. The units are generally the right size and conveniently located. Customers feel safe and satisfied, though some mention issues with the lack of assigned parking spots, which can be frustrating. The facility could improve by widening spaces between buildings and maintaining driveways better. Occasionally, there are minor issues with gate and lock security, but overall, customers are happy with their experience.
Tammy went completely out of her way to Help me in an extreme emergency situation, she put things on hold that she was involved with her family just to help. Very pleased with the assistance she provided!!!!!
