I have banked at First Citizens for a very long time. Almost 50 years. Was always good personal service. Now, long relationships do not matter. No one cares. They talk like they do. But when you need money,.like an increase in credit card limit, you will probably NOT get it if you NEED it. So now I will take my needs to another bank where they WANT to help people. I pay my bills and I DO NOT borrow money I cannot pay back.

Been with them over 5 years. Not happy. MULTIPLE times, my balance has went wonky and lost money out my account. I've had the atm lose my money when depositing. Their app IS NOT accurate. Charged overdraft fees because the system with their app went crazy. The only thing I've liked about the account is ability to deposit money at atm

Terrible bank absolutely rude people pulled up 20 minutes before open was told by 3 different people to leave and when i refused because its a public parking lot and i had business here was told to use the drive thru instead i explained i wasnt an account holder so couldnt and the blond manager got real nasty basically told me to do what she said and instead of arguing with the fool i drive on around and use the drive thru window where im promptly told they wouldnt help me because i wasnt an account holder and when i explained the manager told me to drive around so i wasnt waiting i was then told the manager dont have the authority to let me use drive thru so here i sit still waiting for 9am

First Citizens Bank, you should be ashamed. The Paycheck Protection Program was supposed to be for small businesses, but you cherry picked what you were going to submit. I'm glad that all of you financial institutions feel that you should hold our businesses successes in your hands. Shame on every last one of you. I hope you sleep well at night.

Always so nice and friendly. They helped us with many of our financial journeys and also helped us to become homeowners. I would never bank with anyone else! Their customer service line is also some of the most friendly and helpful people.

This is not direct to this branch. It is for first citizens in general. They hold every check I deposit that is over 1,000 for 7 days. I have a business account. Changing to PNC BANK next day deposit. Business owner beware!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Please if you want to join this bank do not go to Easley, go to a different branch. Every time I have called with issues they have not been dealt with promptly or professionally and I have only received unprofessional and rude manors from almost everyone I have talked to. I have Been banking here since I opened my first account but will be closing it soon due to the unhelpful staff and unprofessional manor. It is a wonderful bank but a terrible branch.

Business owners beware! Totally rude and unprofessional management. Don't expect any help from branch manager Pam or retail manager Heather if you have a business account problem. Our company opened an account with them and they suddenly stopped accepting our check deposits with no explanation. No help in branch. Left messages, emails, etc with no reply. After I complained to corporate, the branch sent a letter saying they are closing our accounts. Good riddance!

I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, and after only two years everyone knows me and my wife by name. We are greeted when we walk in the doors with a smile, and are taken care of promptly.
