Every time I have a problem and it is a last-minute problem, Liz always fits me in and always keeps me posted on what is happening. It happened once again today where I could not make it totally to work. I had to pull over and stop in to have them check my car out while I walked to work and Liz once again was very gracious to fit me in and even stay after if I needed her to if I couldn't make it back before they closed. Would give ZERO stars if it was possible. Took my vehicle in for an alignment (which Goodyear charged $140 to do) but they said it couldn't be "fully aligned" because of a broken control arm. There was NO improvement of the alignment at all. Wound up having to take my vehicle to another mechanic who informed me that my vehicle doesn't even have a control arm! And this mechanic was able to actually align the vehicle for literally half the price! Goodyear takes pleasure in lying to customers and ripping them off.

Do not take your car to this shop. I took my car for tire replacement, and they ended up damaging the body of my vehicle. I have been calling them to get a resolution, but they passed me on to their liability center, gave me their number to follow up with, and made it seem like that is my issue now. Plus, nobody is answering and calling me back from the claim center. I am beyond frustrated with this situation and don't know what to do. They also put my spare tire incorrectly, and I was lucky that tire didn't fall and create an accident.Please refer to the pictures in this review.

Blew a trailer tire one hour in to a 20 hour trip. Changed to the spare and called these guys. They were able to get me in within an hour on a Saturday, replaced both trailer tires and got me on my way in less than an hour.Awesome bunch of people: friendly, courteous and professional. They may well become my 'go to' source for tires going forward.

I made an online appointment on 11/6 to have new tires put on my car on 11/13. I arrived at the store on 11/13 at 8:47 (my appointment was at 9) so I could go ahead and get checked in. I was informed that they did not have the tires that I had chosen for my car, nor did they have any other tires that would fit my car at the store. They told me they could go pick up some tires, but that it would take at least an hour to go get them. I made the appointment a week in advance so I wouldn’t have a long wait time and could get everything done that I need to on my only day off. I don’t have time to sit around for 3 or 4 hours (the last two times I went to have my oil changed it took about 2 hours.) I will not be back!
