Perhaps I set my expectations too high, but I was lied to repeatedly and taken advantage of at this dealership. The sales manager was abrasive and pushy, and I can't quite explain why I signed on their line. I will be getting all of my service done at Fred Anderson Honda after my experience here.

Biggest bait and switch dealership ever! Advertising prices online are 100% different than what they are at the dealership. Website indicates that there are certain vehicles in stock, but when you get there they "can't find them" and then try to upsell you on something completely different. Very shady tactics and sales practices. I definitely do not recommend shopping here!

Had a great experience buying my Outback from Hendrick. Bradley was very helpful and super attentive. He cared not only about getting what I wanted, but ensuring everything was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about my experience!

My service technician was up front with was needed and I felt was very honest. No pressure on anything he just offered what was needed but did not give me any indications that it had to be done right away.

Having not purchased a car in several years and after going to one dealership that was very rude, we found ourselves at Hendrick Honda. David was hands down the nicest guy and made sure we found something that suited us. He was patient and stayed late even came in on a day off. I’ll be a Hendrick Honda buyer for life now. Absolutely wonderful service.

The service department is the best.Always keeping my car in great road condition. Rodney Shirley is fabulous. He always takes time to explain in terms I can understand. I have always enjoyed my interactions with him.Today while having my fit serviced he and the men in the parts department were more than willing to help me with an unexpected difficulty with my civic.I needed help with a stolen tire at my 2950 East North Street Apartments.A thief took my tire and replaced it with an worn out donut. They directed me in finding a rim. They made a stressful situation easier.Thank you for your help. You were there for me.

Terrible experience PSA - Do NOT purchase a Honda! We purchased a new 2022 Honda CRV 4 months ago from Hendrick Honda of Easley. This is my 3rd time purchasing a Honda and my 2nd time purchasing directly from Hendrick Honda of Easley. I drove the car 9,000 miles, and it broke down on the interstate Friday while we were traveling to FL for my FIL's memorial. (The car vibrated and started slowing down and the engine light was flashing) It was towed to the closest dealership in Macon GA, we spent 4 hours there for them to tell us nothing is wrong with it. (They gave it back to us with strict instructions to get gas. The gas light was on when we got the car back) Drove on, to Gainesville FL, all seemed to be fine. Start home Tuesday morning, drove 30 minutes and it happened again! Its now towed for the 2nd time to Lake City in FL, we sat off the interstate for over 2 hrs waiting on the tow! Nothing wrong with it.... In the mean time I have contacted Henrick Honda of Easley and texted with the employee (David) that sold us the car originally. From service to manager they were aware of the problem and that we would be arriving in the service department at 8:15 AM. After waiting 2 hours I went to search for someone for an update. As I stood for almost 5 minutes and counted 9 employees in the room, someone finally asked if I needed help. They also can't find anything wrong with the vehicle. The only option they give us is to buy the car back SIGNIFICANTLY less than purchase price. The representative (and I quote) "That's the best we can do." I question his reason. "We have to do what's best for the company," THE COMPANY WASN'T STRANDED TWICE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN A NEW VEHICLE PURCHASED AT THIS VERY LOCATION!!!! Not one mention of we want to help you guys get back on the road safely. NO customer appreciation or loyalty at all. I've been loyal to Honda since 2010. NOT ANY MORE! We waited for them to write a check, and we had to have a Toyota dealership! Final result in comments.

I went to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to look at my seat heater assuming it was a fuse or something simple. The response was "I'll come and let you know if it is more". I was operating under the assumption that I would be apart of any decisions about how to proceed. I was not. Two hours later when I inquired about my car they had taken apart my dash to do a deeper "diagnostic" of the issue. When I asked if I was going to be charged for a the extra diagnostic, the service representative gave me a lecture about how diagnostics work and how I have to pay for services to help that man feed his family. I always pay for services requested... always. However, the extra diagnostic procedure was NOT requested. I was then subjected to a list of other things I should pay for and told that they hoped my timing belt didn't blow out going down the highway.lI do not recommend their services to anyone based on the treatment I received.

BUYER BEWARE: HENDRICK HONDA SERVICE AT LAMBORGHINI PRICES I brought my 3 1/2 year old Honda CRV with 34,000 miles to Hendrick Honda (Easley dealership) for service because my air conditioning was not fully cooling. It turned out to be a slow leak in a hose. To diagnose and replace the bad hose I was charged $765 labor, $23 inspection fee, and $197 parts. THAT'S CORRECT, $765 LABOR AND A TOTAL OF $985.00 FOR A SLOW LEAK IN A RUBBER HOSE. I post this report not to accuse Hendrick Honda of doing anything illegal or dishonest. I WANT TO WARN CONSUMERS ABOUT THE EXCESSIVE PRICES AT HENDRICK HONDA, and to let Hendrick Honda know that they lose customers and credibility when they charge such excessive prices. I bought my last three cars from Hendrick Honda. I will service and buy my vehicles from another source in the future and warn you to do the same.

We had to take our vehicle to have a recall item replaced which involved dropping the gas tank to do what needed to be done. They did an excellent job. We drove all the way back to Seneca from Easley on a very minimal amount of ⛽ gasoline. I filled it back up just inside of Seneca. I was running out of bars showing how much gas I had to go. Thank you Lord that we did not run out of gas.

*DON'T USE DAVID CHASTEEN AS YOUR SALESMAN* ~ The following is going to make your jaw drop. And any mods./managers of these reviews should actually fire him as he's not fit to the Honda standard... Yesterday, March 10th, I had the most jaw-dropping horrific (abusive actually) salesman experience of my entire life. David Chasteen is absolutely not fit to represent the Honda brand, and has shown his true colors of being an exceptionally cruel, ruthless human being of low integrity.. not to mention the complete lack of foresight as to WHY relationship building and to always remain courteous is important..see EXACT word-for-word phone conversation below, prepare to be shocked. The following happened on Wednesday mid-morning, on David's off day. This is how he treats people when no one is there to force him to act professional. The background: The day before, I casually walked over to the Honda dealer as I was getting my Nissan Titan looked over as I'm wanting to purchase a Honda Fit specifically. Being a car guy my entire life, I noticed a Miata in the very back of the lot that wasn't even put up for sale yet. He had no other customers in the store, it was just me on a non-busy day, the day I was in the store. So I walked in off the street and asked about the Miata. He got the info in a few minutes - I test drove both the miata and fit. I put a $500 hold on a Miata and was going to think on it overnight. I also test drove a Fit as that's the main reason I went to the dealer in the first place. During the "over night" phase of me thinking it over, I got an offer that would get me $2,200 more for my trade in or outright sale. Who wouldn't go with that? I called David the next day (on his off day, as he told me to do to his cell#) to tell him we won't be moving forward with the trade-in at this time as I found a better deal elsewhere and want more time to look at other Honda Fits so please refund the $500 deposit. Now, keep in mind I only saw the Miata and a Fit for a couple hours only 15 hours before. It's not like I led him on for weeks. Actual word for word convo: "I found a better deal elsewhere for both price of my truck and vehicle so I won't be moving forward with either cars". David immediately then starts to interupt and rebuttal me in a negative tone. - "Do you know how much of my time you wasted?" - "Take some advice, don't waste peoples' time" - "Take some advice from someone who's older than you" - "Forget my number, and never call me again" Those are just a few of the remarks David Chasteen gave me when I was very calmly telling him I had found a better price elsewhere. I don't remember everything he said because he simply blew me away at his attitude and remarks over the phone. If David had simply been calm and professional as he should have been, being he's in sales, I would actually use the Easley dealer for all repairs and parts as I take very good care of my vehicles and am a cash buyer. Hell, I would have maybe told David to keep an eye out for other Honda Fits during that conversation. But he immediately lost the sale when he started going off on me 5 seconds into the call. So from here on, I'm boycotting the Easley dealer entirely and going to Greenville all due to David's attitude; I'm not supporting a place period that helps a person like that continue doing sales with them. Here's a tip from someone "Younger" who's been a self employed 6 figure earner for 12 years in sales, David...Don't burn bridges especially with potential CASH BUYER customers. That's not good salesmanship and shows a complete lack of respect and business knowledge. *I'm still waiting on my $500 hold from my bank card to come back into my account and don't know when it'll be returned as David literally hung up on me. I texted him right after and he hasn't responded, period and I haven't had a call back from anyone from the Dealer as

I bought a 2020 CR-V in June 2020. Within 2 weeks, the car needed a new battery. So I took it back to Hendrick Honda Easley. They tried to tell me that it was just my phone charge cord draining the battery and sent me on my way. It took another visit to this dealer a few days later, to "discover" what we already figured... it was a bad battery. When I got my car back, it had 2 deep gouges in the top of the hood. I showed the service writer, David Johnson, who took pictures and said he would show his manager. Not long after, he called us back and agreed to fix the damages. He said their body shop would be calling us to make an appointment. Four months went by and we heard nothing. We called them and learned that David Johnson no longer works there. We were put in touch with the service manager, Dustin Street. Mr. Street is now refusing to fix my car's damage, saying now, that their guys didn't do it. All I know is this: I took my 2 week old car in to their shop, in brand new condition, to fix a bad battery and it came back to me with 2 gouges in the hood that were not there prior. Dustin Street has treated us (one of Hendrick Honda's new car customers) with disregard and disrespect. We can not recommend Hendrick Honda Easley to anyone and would definitely not recommend their service department or their service manager, Dustin Street. They have shown that they do not care and customers are not their priority.
