We showed up undecided of what truck we wanted and Jay showed us a 2021 Chevy Silverado, we ended up test driving and loving the truck. Bought and brought home same day. Jay is a great sales man and helped us with all our truck needs. Just ask for jay when you go.

Seemed to be an easy experience. Was in and out after the test drive and deciding on the vehicle we wanted in about 2hrs.We just cut right to the point made the deal and we were done.Car could have been better detailed for us since it was a new vehicle. That would be my only complaint.Tim, the sales guy was easy to work with and talk to, no pressure.I would recommend going and seeing Tim for you next new Chevrolet or used car if they have what you want.

Wasn’t to bad for waiting almost 5 months for parts. To be told I had an appointment I never set up. Set a new appointment to find out the parts were not there and wait another 3 weeks. Last appointment was ok.

They really just tried to charge us $145 for an inspection because we declined to have the repairs done there. I have never in life been charged by anyone to tell me what's going on with my vehicle. I don't know anyone in their right mind that would pay $1500 for an alternator. So of course we're taking our business elsewhere. Belinda or whatever that older lady's name is tried to catch a little attitude, but she knew better and calmed down. Well, I dont know if she's older, we could be the same age, but she's not aging gracefully. I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL. You can definitely find better service and quality work elsewhere. ****Edit*** I tried to drive the car off the lot but the battery was dead so I had to get a tow. The tow guy tried to jump the car, but it wouldn't start. The car always will start with a jump! What have yall done to my car?!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst customer service experience I think I've ever had trying to buy a car. I initially started with Tim Rowe who started on my application and said he was sending in my information to the banks. Great! I waited from 11:30 to 7:00 pm after calling him back multiple times to try and get an update on my app. Every time I got the same exact answer, "Capital One is still checking everything." Mind you, I had already been approved by Capital One at 3 other dealerships and it had only taken about 20 minutes to get an approval from them. He promises to call me the next day no later than noon with an answer. 1pm the next day rolls around and I have heard nothing. I call and apparently Tim is off that day?So I speak to the sales manager, Derrick who promises to get everything sorted out for me. He calls me back and says he will call the bank personally for an answer. I never heard back from him. I went to Kia of Greenville the same day and rode home in a brand new 2024 Kia Seltos with 15 miles on it and nothing down lol These guys are a joke. The customer should not have to chase down a sales rep and basically beg to be sold a car. I would never recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Ahmad was great showing us a new car. We decided to go another direction but we were very impressed with the service we received. It just wasn't the right fit. We will certainly keep this experience in mind for future purchases.

My husband took our 2015 Chevy High Country pick up in for an oil change. We have dealt with the previous dealership "Hovart" in the past. We like the people - service manager and techniciansand trust them. What was supposed to be a 1hour service turned into 3 hours. Then on top of that the cost was almost double what was expected. WE will not likely be bringing our vehicles in there for simple service again. This was a case of price gouging.

Oil change price has increased, again, now $130. Took them 1 hour 40 minutes just to do the oil change, even though I had a very early appointment (7:30am). The constant price increases and ridiculously long wait times for scheduled, routine maintenance every single time aren't worth it for my extended warranty anymore. Won't ever be back. Also, they have never mentioned the price before servicing my vehicle, only afterwards when you're forced to pay. Advice: make them tell you the price before giving them your keys, plan on being there at least 90 minutes, no matter the service.
