I had found a large amount of items from the clearance arrears and at time of checking out, all them items came up with the correct discounted price plus the additional discount! That was a very pleasant experience !!

I could not be more grateful. The kindness and professionalism they all gave me as a new customer makes me want to have this as my “ new go-to-shopping place.” The deals are good too, but the customer service is just the BEST of all around!

Kohls makes it very inconvenient when buying clothes by closing fitting rooms 1 hour before the store closes. They tell you to just return it if it does not fit. Would not want to inconvenience the employee to stay an extra 10 minutes.

Went in tonight to grab an Easter dress for a foster child. The associate, Susan, was extremely rude and really stole the experience for her. We came in late, not by choice. But I had to get her something. Susan hovered over us and told us we had to leave. Not 'can I help you, we are closing'. In customer service, she should be more sensitive individual's situations.
