I love Lowe's. We order pallets of mulch every year and tons of plants. The mulch arrives on exact day they promise delivery and wrapped well, with No holes in bags. All the plants I buy from them strive with their great soil & fertilizer I purchase from Lowe's. Clean well stocked Store with great employees , and top notch Customer Service. Plant selection is always nice and healthy.

This place is terrible. Poor service, incompetent and rude employees. Manager as well. Arrived at 8a to pick up two huge rolls of carpet and padding. After five minutes on his phone, the guy at pro services decided to raise his head and help me. Took thirty minutes to find order. Ask for loaders to help with my purchase. Manager stated that they didn't have loaders on Saturday and refused to seek available employees to help me. Received no support from manager and had to load two twelve foot rolls of carpet alone. After I got it loaded some employees came out to assist. That was after forty minutes of me loading in onto my truck and strapping it down.

Miss Beverly helped me today to rent a truck for a short hauling trip. She really knows her stuff. Most pleasent experience I've ever had there. Professional exuberant and motivated to help you. She was smiling the whole time . These days I appreciate tip top service and someone who.loves there job.

I ordered a washer and dryer from the Lowe’s in Easley. My laundry closet measures 33” deep by 64” wide. The washer measures 25” deep by 27” wide. The dryer measures 25” deep by 29” wide. The young guys who delivered the appliances hooked up the dryer, “tried” to push the washer into its spot, said it doesn’t fit, and left it in my hallway. They told me to call a contractor to expand the wall in my closet… I live in an apartment. There’s 3” between the side of the dryer and the wall. When I asked them if they could push the dryer up against the wall, they said no and left. This is unacceptable. The “installers” were just lazy and wanted to leave. Lowe’s better send someone out to properly install my washer and dryer. I tried calling but they close at 6pm - I’m calling first thing in the morning.

Lowes in Easley has hiring signs but they never return your calls to check on a position that was applied for. They have too many managers that never communicate with the associates. Nobody ever answers the phone. The store manager, Diego, is a joke. He never keeps his appointments to discuss problems at the store. I tried calling the Charlotte store,but nobody knows who to report things too.
Lost me and my family as customers to Home Depot. Judy from Easley

A big shout out to Nelson in appliances. After waiting for months for my kitchen appliances to be delivered Samsung discontinued the refrigerator I paid for in August. Since the stove and dishwasher were ordered to match the whole order had to be cancelled and reordered. With the managers approval the matching appliances will be delivered next week. At the same price I paid to begin with. Thank you Nelson and thank you for your service. (Veteran)

Purchased a $500 mower today at Lowe's got at home will not start call the store was left on hold for 15 minutes no health got cut off call back seven times on hold no one came to the phone got cut off call back tried to get the manager no one would help me tomorrow I will return the $500 mower

Took two hours to get them to load my order. Not only once but twice I had to pay my worker to sit and wait on them. Horrible service use homedepot if possible or another lowes.

Check out clerk at Lowe's Easley is extremely incompetent and needs to go back to training or find new job. She was extremely rude and disrespectful She could not put in My Lowe's card correctly and this resulted in having to spend 30 minutes in customer service returning everything and recharging!!! On the other positive note the young man in the paint section was very helpful!!

We purchased a new Maytag stove on Nov 14 had problems with door and preheating came into store to talk to someone the first of feb we were told we had to go thru maytag so we called first of feb on the 12th someone came out to repair well he took the door off starting trying to repair the door with a pair of pliers then the door would not even shut so he took the door off and said we will have to order parts 5 to 7 days it is now feb 25th and our new maytag stove is still without a door as well as all other issues. we have called maytag with complaints still waiting called a few days ago they said my parts would be in on march 2nd needless to say we will never buy another appliance through lowe's we were told they would replace our stove if we had any issues what a joke they only finished taking our new maytag apart where's our new stove at that lowe's promised when we purchased our new maytag should we have any problems beware buy your appliances through some other company so you don't have to wait and wait and wait until they decide to fix your appliances like we have had to do and are still waiting shameful and we paid cash for our new maytag and bought the extended warranty can we have our money back? rating is 0 not 1 . Terrible customer service. Had to wait in line 20 minutes with one person working before being helped. Sheri at the desk had the worst attitude and greeted me with a frown and mumble. I think she asked what I needed but I couldn't tell which resulted in an unamused stare/ frown from her until I said something back. After she asked my order number and I began telling it to her she said "You need to wait for my screen to load". Okay, first of all I can't see your screen, second of all maybe don't ask me my order number until you're ready to punch it in... It didn't stop there though she tried to act like my order wasn't even in their system until her manager stepped over to help her figure it out then told her my order was in the flooring department and she needed to call them and get it from the back. Get it from the back!? Why did I get an email a day and a half ago that my order was ready to be picked up if it is still in the back? Then Sheri has the audacity to ask me while she's on the phone with the flooring department who are searching for my order "How many did you order?" To which I responded "Aren't you looking at my order right now? Can't you see how many are in my order? I ordered 13." and she dead-ass says to me "It says 20 pack of tiles" My jaw dropped, I did not know what to say. I had to explain to this woman that I ordered 13 units of the 20 pack of tiles not 13 tiles out of the 20 pack. How do you not fucking understand this!? Especially when its right there on your screen! Anyways, once they finally located my order it took 20 minutes for them to find a forklift and cart the unopened palette up to the front to load in my car. Lowes, your online order service and customer service is the absolute worst. This would never ever happen at Home Depot. When you place an order for pickup at home Depot and they tell you its ready it is always at the front counter when you get there. Even with large tile orders. I know this because I placed a similar size tile order at homedepot.com on the same day as the Lowes order that was ready a day earlier and took less than 10 minutes for me to pick up and drive away with because it was up front, counted and read when I got there. Never again Lowes, never again.
