“OUTSTANDING mattress shopping experience, start to finish. My husband and I had started at Mattress Firm, and their salesmen were aggressive, pushy, trying to upsell us a $6000 mattress with adjustable base and apps and remotes and all these things we never asked for, constantly making us uncomfortable with personal questions regarding money and why we wouldn't make a purchase that day, making us feel awkward for not wanting to drop that much money on a mattress we weren't even liking. We were underwhelmed with the selection and overwhelmed by the pressure.
Then my mother recommend Nalley's...and the sales woman was friendly...let us browse on our own...answered any questions we had...didn't push us to spend more than we wanted to spend...and we found a simple mattress we loved that day. It took less than twenty minutes. Simple, friendly, straightforward, exactly what we wanted. We'll absolutely come back to Nalley's when we need to get new mattresses for our children's rooms.”
“Dave was very helpful in the store. He was knowledgeable on all the products and their differences. He stocks a wide variety of excellent mattresses. He keeps his overhead low so he can give excellent pricing, which was about the same as an online discount, but Dave gave lots of extra personal service, delivery, and set up. I can highly recommend this place -- it is well worth a drive to try out the mattresses in person.”
