Long time Metro customer went to Easley store today to upgrade to new cell phone and needed a new tablet. Young ladies D & S went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deals and payment plan. They were patient, answered all my questions, and were very informative. I appreciate all their help, I expected to pay way more than I did. I hope their manager realizes how valuable they are. Thank you again ladies and like I said earlier today yall were awesome!

Switched from Cricket to metro because the guy convinced us that they were so much better. I immediately ended up having phone issues and the service sucked. Calls constantly getting dropped. My wife recently started having phone problems where she couldn’t sign into any of her accounts due to authentication problems. Took the phone to the store and they told her she had to get a new one. We tried to switch her phone to an extra we had and it did the same thing. So it was a metro service issue. Took the phone back up to metro and they said nothing they could do except add a line to our plan. So, we canceled our service with them. Verizon was able to help us more and give us more info on what happened than metro could. So, we are now with verizon.

I have started getting very disappointed in Metro and with the fact of it assured insurance on my phones it has been round route discussing at times I have spent 40 hours on the phone between the two places several times one day when I woke up I spent 8 hours on the phone with you Metro and Assurant and still didn't get no satisfaction that is three times I've had bad experience on my claims this last claim is almost a deal breaker everyday and looking for it provider that has better people and service

Went there tonight to this store we been with metro for 7 years now we have 4 lines! We was told there was no upgrade phones no more if we wanted a phone we had to pay full price for any phone (when there was an upgrade price beside the phones! We had been eligible for an upgrade since march! The Matthew guy didn’t know what he was talking about he didn’t even know how to look up an account! It was a mess we walked out empty handed bc of this guy bc he didn’t know what he was doing at all! Oh an he keep my husbands ID so we are gonna have to drive all the way back up there to get it!

I only brought a friend to get a phone. They were told they had an upgrade on the phone and had to call cs when they went in to try and get the upgrade. In the end they did get the upgrade so they're happy.
