Quality Inn & Suites Easley - Greenville is currently undergoing remodeling, which has led to mixed experiences for guests. Some reviewers found their rooms clean and comfortable, highlighting soft sheets and good water pressure. However, concerns were raised about cleanliness, including reports of mold in bathrooms and issues with pests. Guests noted that breakfast was not served during their stay, despite expectations, and the staff appeared confused when handling questions. The hotel faced challenges such as a closed first floor, leaving some guests to navigate stairs despite mobility issues. The pool was described as unkempt, with reports of frogs and debris. While some praised a nearby diner for meals, many guests recommended looking for better accommodations elsewhere. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a quick stay, but it has significant areas needing improvement, particularly in service and cleanliness.
The place is dilapidated. Idk how they got permits to open. The railing is falling off. The stairs were bad rusted. The toilet ran all night

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Not a 5 star resort, but for a stop over place it was perfect.

Condensation leaked into the room and caused the electrical wiring of the door (and light switch right next to it) to shock anyone who touches the handle. The front desk worker (Marissa) was great though, very helpful!
