We were members at Costco but decided to try SAMS since this one is much closer to us than driving to the Greenville Costco. My husband always wants a hotdog when we shop here so usually we both get a combo and 'people watch' for a few minutes while we eat a hotdog. About 1/2 the time, this SAMS Cafe, will NOT have onions for their hotdogs. I don't understand this. There are CRATES & CRATES OF ONIONS, of one kind or another, in the produce section. Why do they not keep them in the cafe for the hotdogs? This isn't at night at closing time nor is it five minutes after opening. This is somewhere between 11am - 2pm when we go so why, so often, do they not have any onions? Yeah, yeah, I know...for that price what do I expect. But for hotdogs??? For hotdogs ... I expect onions.

However we were just in there and was looking at the hamburger meat. I told a young worker there with the meat it was bad. It was dark. It’s been there awhile! He got a a tray and appeared he was changing it but it was either the same bad meat or other bad meat. I went and told a lady that worked there. she was gonna say something in the back. Another lady said it was bad too. I don’t want anyone to get sick. We come there all the time. I tried to call the meat DEPT and no answer. Up front no answer so I wanted to let someone know thanks

They're obviously paying for their google reviews. They're really picking employees from a dumpster fire. Horrible attitudes, horrible service. Go ahead try to call them if you need an example. You're lucky if they pick up and even luckier if they don't have an attitude. Managers stand around with equally useless employees, gossiping while one decent person runs around trying to help every customer. If you interrupt the breakfast club to try and get help, you're going to get an attitude like you just insulted them somehow. Like you paying to be there to spend your money is annoying to them xD

We are a family of only two. So the rotisserie chicken, steak cuts, salad greens and gas. In that order. Occasionally we will get their seasonal items. Oh and the pizza slice and yoghurt ice-cream. We even bought their mattress once, great return policy too. Fortunately the recipient loved it so we didn't have to return it. No-nos are the fruits eg peach, mango. They don't ripen well, are bruised and stay bland til they rot.

I had to return something, it was so easy. So I of course shopped while I was there, lots of choices.

Cashiers and managers a like are rude. Almost act you are an inconvenience by shopping there. Had a customer service issue and was talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. Better off going other places where customers are appreciated.

Had a complaint about the man named Kim at the door who made it a point to my husband to show our card. While my husband stepped to the side to get the card out of his wallet I stood and counted 7 people walk by and he not once opened his mouth to ask to see their card. When my husband showed him the card I asked Kim why he wasn’t checking everyone’s card and he just stared at me so I said oh never mind, I guess you’re just checking ‘our’ card & he said oh I wasn’t paying att

The Place Sam's Club located at 309 Rolling Hills Cir,Easley, SC. It is a nice reprieve from driving to the Sam's Club on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, SC. They are set up like many of the smaller Sam's Clubs. The inventory is slightly smaller then many clubs and they offer beer and wine but no hard liquor. The big caveat is the have a gas station with reasonable prices. The Experience/Value/Service Sam's Club is trying to improve their service. I have had very good experiences there and a few lack luster performances. The manager sets the tone for the store. I believe they want to do the right things. The store is clean and the organization is improving. Sam's presents name brands as well as their Members Mark brand. I find them more competitive then Costco on many items. Overall our experience at Sam's Club in Easley has been positive. Give them a try.i
