Longgg wait times. 15 customers in the store and one of the guy employees we with the same customer for 2 hours. THANK GOD for the young girl working there who was consolidating tasks. She earned y'all the extra stars 😂

They are the worst I don't have them thank god. our neighbors will be without internet for several weeks. Spectrum is not good at all stay away go with Verizon they are better and customer sservice is amazing most of the time

Terrible service, uninviting and long unmanaged wait. 2 of the 24 ceiling lights were on. Put my name on list on the screen that greets you ‘start here’ and came up as #11 on the with only 2 customers in the store and 2 associates. I never moved on the list as other people came in after me seemingly familiar with the fact they don’t use the queue. 30min later and I’m still standing here waiting for the same 2 customers ahead of me.

This is hit or miss for me, sometimes they are great others not so much. Depends on your rep. Have had to correct billing issues from equipment returned here, options added to mobile in error.

Very slow. Long lines. Almost 2 hrs just to swap equipment, when I had it set up by phone ahead of time.

I went into Spectrum in easley to turn in my equipment and there were two techs and a manager and the store was full and the manager didn't bother to help anyone to help get customers taken care of. When you are a manager and see the store full, u stop what u are doing and help. Ridiculous!!!!

Idk how the store is. But spectrum as a whole... bro this is the worst internet known to man. Talk about never having service...it's almost like l pay money to spectrum so they can keep the technology to send outages notifications.
If l could give 0 stars l would.
