I traded in my mobil device because I was promised a $600 credit on a new device. I called and asked about it, she tried to make me out as a liar. I told her I had the email and I could send it to her, she said she had no way to receive it. She also said that going to the store would be a waste of my time. These are not honest people.

The Spectrum folks were fantastic in helping me upgrade my wife's cellphone. I sure didn't have the expertise to do it! My rep (can't remember her name) was thorough, patient, and so polite! Can't thank her enough! Great job!

Existing customer who came to store to drop off old equipment. They had 4 associates around and only 1 seeing customer. Waited more than 30 min to just return equipment and only one customer in front of me. You can do better.

Was reluctant to go in-store to add mobile to my spectrum account and get upgraded phones but did it anyway and I’m GLAD WE DID. We got there around 6:30 on a Friday. A guy named Patrik helped us. He was extremely personable, answered all 6,387 of my questions, was incredibly patient with my husband and me while we took ages to retrieve our transfer pins and account numbers and was willing to stay later than closing time to help us resolve technical issues with my husband’s iPhone from the Stone Age. There were two other females there as well who were also very nice. There were some other customers who had a little bit of a wait just because there were only 3 people working but overall great service. I wanted to leave a review because the reviews I read before going made me question coming in. Just do it. It’s worth the wait if you need or want some guidance and reassurance. If you’re impatient, take the risk and go online. ?

What a joke. Get to store 5 mins before opening had a line at the door. Waited till everyone went in. Walked in the store 5 mins after opening and sat down knowing it would be a while. 20 mins later after 9 more have walked in the store the lady says have you signed in we take everyone by sign in. Thanks for telling me now I have 9 more behind me. If this store is this busy why would you not have more employees working. Thanks for wasting my time

Came to the store today to buy an IPhone and the store apparently closed at least an hour early. Wasted my time driving quite a distance, you should stick to the hours you advertise as to not majorly inconvenience your customers.

Amazing customer service and experience! Upgraded my daughters phone today and Nyliann was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Temporary hours were no problem with how fast the service was! Thank you for our amazing service today!

i went to ask a question about transferring the primary service persons name thinking it would be easier than calling Spectrum. Wrong. i was #5 in the cue when i got there and 20 minutes later i was still #5 of 8. Apparently only one of the 2 workers was handling everything except new or returned equipment.

I called Spectrum and confirmed that they had a new iPhone SE to replace my old phone, and they said they had them in stock at this store's location. I also noted this when setting my appointment. However, after driving all the way out, they said they did not have any SE phones and were unhelpful in resolving the matter.

I'm giving a bad review not because they have bad customer service because they treated me nice the first time I came in the morning. I came here at six pm after checking their hours online first. When I arrived it was closed. Please fix your hours online, there were three more custumers of older age as I was leaving so I'm postig this for them as well.

I spent about an hour and a half in your Easley S.C. store today, I had spent about the same amount of time there Tuesday. On Tuesday I noticed one of the associates helping other customer's, who was so good at customer service, she was inspiring to me. Today she was the associate who helped me. She was so pleasant ,had such a good sense of humor and made the time I spent in the spectrum store go by so fast. She made such good use of her time, While she was waiting on something to download on my phone, she would help another customer who only needed to make a transaction that was done quickly. The associates name was Patrice Ajala, and I think she is usually at the Cherry Dale store. I told the manager she need to clone Patrice and she stated she wish she could. It's difficult to find anyone in customer service now who is so helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. It's was truly a refreashing experience

We upgraded our internet service and had to return our old equipment. After politely asking for some type or receipt showing we turned in the box the worker handed it back and said go to ups I am not dealing with this. We were both a little shocked at the attitude and continued to ask about adding an additional line as we currently have 3 lines, tv and internet and the lady was apparently having a bad day and told us to go to ATT as they would love to have our service. Well Verizon is better and we now have 4 lines with with and internet. I realize our business will not be missed but fair warning this location you will give you such a bad taste on how they do business you will want to go somewhere else. I’m not naming any names but we visited July 24th at 5pm. Ps: It took Verizon just minutes to get us all transferred over.

They are closed on Sunday for summer hours. We had a confirmed appointment which we made online and drove from Seneca only to see a sign posted on the door. Guess we will stick with Verizon. Clearly spectrum never read my review based on their automated reply.

My tower went out so I had to get another one it's getting bad almost like self checkout the people were very nice

I don't know if Yelp is seeking a review of Spectrum's services or their store, but in my several years of experience, I find that they both suck.
