horrible staff. so so rude and act like they hate their existence.. food is also cold and tastes like plastic and also expensiveeeeeee. everytime we go there we have horrible problems with the staff.

Worst service I have ever had. I waited for food for 23 minutes and still had to get my money back. While 4 employees played around with one another.

Me and my son (14 with cancer) went to this location a couple of months ago late in the evening. There was one guy working there. I don’t know his name. Best I can describe him is he looks like a knock off Napoleon Dynamite. Anyways, my son only had 8 dollars I believe and wanted a bag of chips that was priced 2 for 6 so that he could also get a drink. When the guy rang it up our total was over 12 dollars. When I asked why he said well that’s what it is in the computer so I can’t change it. I then proceeded to tell him that it was displayed for a different price on the shelf which was 2 for 6 so he got irritated and I’m ashamed to admit the conversation got heated (just found out about my sons cancer). Months down the road, today to be exact… I stopped by on my way to work to put gas in. Knockoff Napoleon (for lack of better descriptive term) was finishing up his night shift and the day shift lady told me to come to her side so she could ring me up. As I’m standing there waiting to pay the two of them begin to talk about the “unruly customer” he had that night. He was completely telling her all wrong so after I corrected him I told both of them I would not be spending anymore money there. Years ago, for a very short time, I worked for spinx and this is not how we were taught to interact with the customer at all. I cannot believe those two stood there talking about me as if I wasn’t even standing there how incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional not to mention how unprofessional it was to not honor the price tags you all have posted! If your night shift worker doesn’t know how to correct the price…. I don’t know…. MAYBE SHOW THEM! So disgusted by the behavior of those two today! Do better choosing employees, spinx!

When Spinx food was under $5 for a meal, you could forgive the quality a bit. Overcooked, stringy chicken. Shriveled, dry potato wedges. Mac and cheese that clearly has been on a steam table for 3x longer than it should. For ~$10/meal, I'm going across the street or into town for something better.
