1/12/24..been with t mobile for 2 to 3 yrs now,I went in last nite for help and was greeted by mgr..I have a flip phone and told him my port would not stay in to charge, he looked at it and said I need a new phone ..I said I think there's something in it could you please look at it..he said we don't do that ,you have to get a new phone..well I was upset , left went down the street to Battery Plus..walked in and told the guy there my problem, he said can I look at it..he explained there was dust,dirty in it from caring it in my pocket, he took a minute to clean it ...I asked what do I owe you...No Charge !!! I said thank you ...the t mobile store in Easley sc needs someone to look into customer service and atitudes..I won't be back to them again.

We worked with Chuck today to upgrade a phone and to add home internet. He gave us a generous offer in case the internet doesn’t work for us and was patient and very helpful.

I would give 0 stars if possible, I went in to see if I would get better service with t-mobile than verizon.. the service was worse at my home. I took the phone back in less than a week. paid a restocking fee. Now I'm getting harassed by you guys saying I haven't paid my phone bill of 170.00 and your sending it to collections for it To go on my credit!!! I've came in several times now, and every time you guys said it was taken care of but I'm still to this day, getting calls and letters! ***FYI never ever try t-mobile!!

I was very displeased and disgusted with this store and location Justin the cell associate was OK but the store manager was horrible. He was no help. He did not even greet as we came in , or did not ask What can you help us with or nothing. I had to cancel my contract with T-Mobile because there was no way I was able to upgrade my phone and I’ve been a customer with T-Mobile just about two years. I make sure I pay my bill all the time. Had no problems until I came to the store. The manager did not even help us. He stayed on his phone the whole time, talking to a family member that’s what he told us. Corporate need to send investigation out about the store manager because this is horrible and ridiculous. I will never return back to the store anymore.

I wish I could leave no stars for this store. It doesn't deserve any. There is always an issue with our service. It's absolutely not worth the headache. And when you go into the store for anything at all you are always met with a horrible attitude from the staff. Especially Kristen.....the manager. She is extremely rude. And so are a few of the other staff. They are not helpful at all and when you ask a question or have any issue at all they act as if you are a bother to them. Take my advice. If you are looking for new mobile service definitely do not choose T mobile. Especially the store in Easley SC. You will be sorry. My husband and I are switching to Verizon immediately

This is a wonderful group of people. Had to go by today for a simple task...we've been around the cell phone provider world, the lady who helped me tonight was as good as it gets. Our experience at this branch has been nothing but amazing every time we have visited.

The wait to be helped was very long and frustrated. Especially when you're disabled and are left standing there. They did get my return handled.The home internet box REALLY SUCKS!

My service was cut off for non payment which I understood, but I did go an pay the final bill of $110.87, so now here it is Jan. 20, 2023 an I receive a final bill of $12.00. I do wonder what for because the cut the service off in November? Well I will try an not ever have their service again. Lady, the office manager at the office said when I get home call this number to cancel my .account. That lady I called tried to say I had a final bill an I told her I didn't but I do have a lawyer an recorded the lady on that phone call, so beware about your "final bill".
