I took my 4Runner here for an oil change. Two weeks before this I had the tires balanced at a local upfitter due to the vehicle shaking while in motion. Upfitter did a perfect job rebalancing the tires and the shaking stopped. While I was at Toyota they suggested I get a tire rotation with the oil change and so I told them to go ahead with it. As soon as I left the lot I immediately noticed that the vehicle was shaking really badly again and so I called the service desk to inform them that they somehow knocked the tires out of balance. I was told by the service rep and a manager that the rotation probably threw the balance off but they wouldn't rebalance the tires unless I paid for it even if the rotation caused it (I'm assuming they knocked a tire weight off while rotating because that's the only thing that makes sense). I told them that I shouldn't have to pay for something that they messed up and that I just had fixed two weeks before. I'd rather pay the upfitter to do it again rather than the people who messed it up.I guess the cost of a rebalance for them was worth losing a customer permanently.P.S. I forgot this happened until I recently got a call from Toyota offering to do another oil change there and get some gift card for free. Thanks for reminding me this happened so I could write a review!

Purchased car remotely. No ADM! The admin fee is only $299, when Charlotte area dealers are $699-$999. Everything done as promised. Jennifer is amazing sales associate who kept me informed and was a joy to work with. This is a family owned dealership, which treated me like family. I have purchased scores of new cars and this experience was the best.Do yourself a favor and just ask for Jennifer and buy your next vehicle here. Sorry I can only give 5 stars. Honest and trustworthy!

Seller's market. Local "sales" staff are merely order entry clerks without real ability to negotiate with customers or contribute to the transaction. Not sure why they're there other than to herd buyer through the process, Ridiculously low trade in offer that Carmax easily beat so,, they seem to not care about that business. The product is fine . I bought two, which earned zero consideration, I'd recommend ordering online and minimizing wasted time with this dealer (or probably any other) who adds nothing to the customer experience but actually makes it more time consuming

I had a very good experience with Toyota of Easley today. I showed up with no appointment asking them what was on my display on my car. It said maintenance required, visit your dealer. Also the tire light was on and I asked them what that meant. They checked the car out and said that it needed an oil change and the tires need replaced. They also inspected the car. It was so nice of them service my car without an appointment.

Booked an appointment and got my vehicle right in. Everyone I spoke with were awesome and very friendly. A lot of dealership experiences can be mixed, but I felt like I was dealing with some great, honest people. Pretty fair pricing and wasn't trying to upsell anything. I will be back for future services on my vehicle.

When you have a appointment at 11:45 get there at 11:30 . It's almost 1:30 and I'm still waiting. Another customer went and bought snacks because they no longer offer free snacks and drinks for their customers. Big disappointment in the service department.

Went in for a simple brake check and oil change, had an early appointment set but they didn't get finished with my truck until closing time, when I checked under the hood of my truck they had taken the engine air filter out and didn't put it back on right so it was left dangling out on the side.

I took my Tacoma pickup in for a recall check. The service was done in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed that the truck was not washed or coupon for a free wash not given as is done by some dealerships.
