Upstate Diesel Outfitters is a great company with great people. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They are able to answer all questions and provide clear explanations. After running a diagnostic test, they honestly explain what is wrong, how long a repair will take, and about how much it will be. They are known for being a huge help, fixing issues quickly to get customers rolling. Even when really slammed and booked, they are honest about their schedule and may possibly work someone in. The staff is super nice and takes time to help, even if they cannot perform the repair. They will discuss issues to put customers at ease. The place of business is really super clean. Reviews speak for themselves, with many customers finding their new mechanic for their diesel truck. The company is highly recommended.

I’m an owner of a small transportation company. Had some issues with the truck and was trying to get back home to Knoxville TN. These guys were a huge help in fixing my issue quickly and got me rolling instead of being stranded for another day. Great company and people. 10 outta 10!!
