Would rather give zero stars. The lady processing passports has some kind of complex. I was a few minutes late, after standing in line for 25 minutes, they told me I was “too late” even though there were no more appointments scheduled right after me. I wish I would have read the other reviews about the passport process at this location before attempting to complete a very simple process at this location. She had the time and the means to process my application but she CHOSE not to. I hope Karma finds her. Do better.
**I went to the downtown Greenville location and got my paperwork turned in and the process completed in 10 minutes. After explaining what happened at the Easley location, the kind man helping me said, “oh yea, we hear about that location all the time.”

The absolute worst post office in America, I think. Mail doesn't come, packages don't get delivered and they lie and say couldn't access the mailbox. No, you just didn't come. This is a regular occurrence, y'all just don't do your jobs. There's one human in the place that's marginally nice, the rest are not suitable for working with others because they're rude, impolite, unhelpful, useless. Throw the entire place in the trash. Complete waste of money, time, everything.

I agree with the statements here. I too have just received the same treatment while attempting a passport for my son. I will seek a different location.

kiosk is broken again. It's the only one anywhere near here, so I just wasted a 44 mi round trip to send in an important document.

Go somewhere else for a passport - they saw us 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment & still told us she couldn’t help us because we didn’t have a picture yet this a photo center. They lack structure & respect.

We are new to the area and have had a great experience with the Easley PO. We have had some unique situations and Stephanie and Justin have been so helpful and kind!

I had went there to find out why I am not receiving my mail,I have a mail box and all is legal ,you can not get anyone to talk to me about this ,it is not the first time .

The Easley post office has the absolute worst customer service and management that I have ever experienced for a post office. I am a small business owner and I mail many packages daily to all destinations. I have more than once had to reassure my customers that their packages were shipped on time and on the way. For some reason, Easley PO sends my packages to the Charlotte, NC distribution center instead of Greenville ... even if the package is GOING TO GREENVILLE. I have actually driven to a post office in Greenville (30 miles) several times to avoid having my packages mishandled at Easley. One particular clerk with a New England accent seems to go out of her way to be rude. Curt, short, condescending...you can real all about it in the many, many negative reviews for this post office. Sadly, there isn't much of an option in Easley. Do Better!!

Whoever delivers for them puts packages in the WRONG mailbox and then puts delivered. they are so extremely rude inside the office, I try not to go there. Hate this post office.

Made an appointment to get a passport taken care of. Got there on time, stood in line for 20 minutes, then they told me they wouldn’t take us because we were “late”. Said if we stood “in the right spot” they would’ve taken us. Mind you there is no where indicated where to go to get your passport taken care of. Oh and also, there was a couple in front of us getting their passport made, so we wouldn’t have been helped anyways. Oh and THEY were behind because the camera had dead batteries, and they couldn’t find the extra. Yea outright lazy, rude, and pathetic service (ready to get to lunch). Just make your appointment somewhere else.
Edit to add: went to the office downtown Greenville after and they took me right in as a walk in, no appointment necessary 😊

Granted we don’t have the best driveway. Twice now that they haven’t delivered my packages. We get notifications that it was tried but not left. So now I will have to get my kids two and under out just to grab a package, that I purposely ordered to my house. Their advice…getting a bigger mailbox or leave a tote out. I do not want my packages out by the road when I purposely clicked the option for it to be left at my door. I’m truly frustrated with USPS. They are usually the only ones we have a problem with.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! A Supervisor should look at the lady in there doing passports. When I came on google to do a review, I saw multiple complaints about how rude she is. Yet, you do not seem to do anything about it. She is absolutely 100% the rudest person I have encountered in a postal office. She Needs to be fired. A Supervisor needs to look at this
