Terrible customer service. Especially from a lady named Stephanie. She did not want to help us from the moment we walked in. She was rude during the entire process and gave major attitude when asked for her name. She acted like she could care less that I was unhappy with her service. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t handle it.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I talked to a supervisor about a carrier not delivering packages to the house. Ever since then its been constant harassment by the carrier. Post Master basically says there is nothing she can do about it.

Any time there has been an issue, it is always taken care of right away. Excellent customer service and always professional on the phone. Easley postal staff are out here putting in work!

Wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. But I will have to settle for a NEGATIVE review. The workers here are BEYOND rude and act as if customers smell bad and they just want them all to leave so they can be do nothing yet still get paid. Surly, snappy, not helpful. Just AWFUL!!! Yet we have no choice but to deal with them, really. I would rather WALK a letter across the country than have to deal with these rude and completely incompetent people. I am old enough to remember smart, hard working competent postal workers who took PRIDE in their jobs and helping people. Those days are gone.So....if you are getting free packing materials or anything else you don't have to ask help for, go here. If not choose to drive FURTHER .

Unorganized, rude, and unaware of passport processes. They make you go in circles andaccomplish nothing. I will not go back to this post office. Drive to another location.

I got a letter in the mail, Tuesday 12/19, saying there was no access to the front door bc of my trashcan and that they would try again the next day. The trashcan was empty and not in the way but I moved it. The next day noone stopped or left a note so the following day ,Thursday 12/21, I drove to the post office bc I needed my package before Christmas. I was assured the package would be delivered that day. It was not. I had to go back again Friday and wait for the package at the post office because I'm sure it wouldn't have been delivered Friday and it would have missed Christmas. Then I looked at the reviews and I'm definitely not the first person this has happened to. If I have to use them again I'm going to put they can leave it in the mailbox bc that's all they seem to be capable of.

Delivery driver said they handed my package to someone. That was a lie!! Merry Christmas you won't have a job long liar! It's a felony to misdirect mail.

Everyone who checked me out here was kind and courteous. I needed to get a package there at a sooner date then what they could do and the lady sent me to ups which is about two mins away and she let me know I wouldn’t have to wait in line if ups couldn’t accommodate my needs. The delivery service comes at 6pm or later so sometimes you think your not getting your package but maybe I’m there last stop.

Passports 1 year ago: we had to go get pictures taken elsewhere due to “broken equipment.” Passports this year: they allow people to make appointments with ages of children that they cannot make pictures and passports for “because of insurance” and we were required to take additional days off work and go elsewhere to due appointment times available. Giuseppe is the person who finally helped us out and he was great.

Worst service. Rude behind the counter & over the phone. Late & delayed packages while the tracking remains un-updated. Mail & packages delivered at wacky inconsistent times. Consistently the worst.

I have a great mail carrier, but the overall service of the Easley postal service should be illegal. They claim to "attempt" to deliver packages that I need and that I am watching for, but they do not attempt to deliver them, & I can prove that because I have cameras. They make life very difficult for someone who cannot see to drive to shop for needed food and medications. If they are not going to deliver packages, they shouldn't say that they are. They should be more honest & give 3 or 4 more days for expected deliveries.

Did not honor my 1:30pm passport appointment. The family ahead of me in line had the 1:45 appointment. There were helped at 1:30. By the time it was my turn, it was 1:45. Instead of allowing me to take the 1:45 slot, I was told I needed to reschedule, in a very confusing, rude, and round about way. It didn’t make any sense. One lady behind the counter LIED and said she looked up at 1:30 and didn’t see me in line. Had she been looking for me, she wouldn’t have known what I look like. There were upwards of 15 people in line. She kept saying that I was late and missed my appointment and dismissed me. The two women were unaccommodating. I believe I would’ve received different service if the pleasant gentleman who helped the other passport applicants had been the one to help me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve never been spoken to or treated like this in my life. Very unpleasant. Drive to a different location if you like to be respected as a human being.

I have to go pick up my packages first due to a “muddy driveway” then on dry days it’s due to an “unsafe driveway” which is nuts. Anyone who comes to my house or my neighbors since we share a driveway has no problem making it up the hill. UPS, FEDEX, Amazon, Amazon flex, my car, my truck, a friend with a Prius, makes it up my driveway. It’s a little bumpy but no damage is ever done. My mailbox lid was also knocked off by the driver, who had admitted it after me being told a different story the previous day on the phone and I went and filed a complaint with a manager who took my info down and then asked me if I had cameras. I haven’t heard from anyone since.

Picked up my mail this morning at the post office in Easley. Just like any other post office they offer postage stamps, envelopes, mailing packages, pickup and box rentals. The wait times are some times slow, if you have to go in to have packages mailed or you’re picking up an item that may be too big for your box. The yearly cost of renting a mail box has continuously in creased from $188(2021), $212(2022) and this year’s price increase is $226(2023). The people are friendly, the lines are just long and slow at times.
