Great place. Went to get a new price plan with new phones(4). They beat t-mobile price and monthly bill. Tara was a great person to talk too and deal with, she went beyond helpful and was very kind to the family... Tara was awesome...

I have my IPhones w/them since 2000. I recently got their internet service. Only occasionally do I have an outage and then it's usually only short term.

The customer service in this store is aggravating, especially Business account. Everything was great when they were selling products and offering a bunch of promotions. DON'T even try going to the EASLEY store for help, explanations or anything regarding your account. They know nothing about anything. It's a WAIST of your time! It is like a ping pong battle between the store and customer service phone line, nobody knows, nobody helps. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Verizon!

If I could give this store a zero I would. We came in as a family of four and had a really good rep but she was constantly interrupted by other reps and management, which made our transaction much longer than needed. I actually felt sorry for her because I could feel the tension between the store employees. The management sucks and every time they get a good rep, they seem to leave, which I don't blame because it's awful the way they're treated. Management get it together or watch your store go under as we have in the last few years we've been coming there.

This is a terrible store. You go in just to buy a phone and they literally won't let you out until you've bought a bundle of other things that you didn't want or need. When I said I could buy the same things on Amazon for a fraction of the price, they flipped out and went on and on about their lifetime warranties--on screen protectors of all things! Like who would keep the same screen protector for life! But it was still b.s. as Amazon had the same thing listed for $5.99 that they were trying to charge $39.99 for, with the same lifetime warranty. And then they sold me a cover that doesn't even have a hole for the audio port. My friend bought one on Amazon that does have the hole and paid $8.99 compared to my $14.99. If you are firm with them maybe you will escape without paying twice as much as you anticipated paying when you went in. They use such heavy handed tactics, though. They even get two sales people (and manager) to bombard you with supposed deals at the same time, even when you say you don't need any accessories (they insist that you do!) And they get mad at you when you don't go along with them.
