I’ll never shop here again. I walk into the store and the lady at the counter says “welcome to Walgreens!!” I’ve been to so many I expect that and I said “Hi thank you!!! As I always do. There was a person walking out as I was coming in so not sure if she heard me as I passed by but I DEFINITELY heard miss lady say to another women “Some people just don’t know how to be polite and say hi back anymore” I legit turned and stared right at her and she waved. Yea I’m not waving back now. Once I got my stuff and came to check out I made sure to let her know “Oh by the way I said hi back you must’ve been too busy to hear me, but you’re right some people don’t know how to be polite.Lady find another job cuz one day someone will definitely show sincere rudeness and you NEVER know what your customers are going through………ma’am

Went into specifically get earl gray tea and they had a sign for buy one get one discounted but they only had 1 so I told the lady at the register and her response was you can mix and match. If I wanted another tea I would've gotten it. Poor customer service, I will be going to cvs in this town

I'm a loyal Walgreens shopper and I was concerned about getting the same quality of service from my local Walgreens in Seattle after moving to South Carolina. This location has consistently been on top of their customer service and store cleanliness. For this particular visit, I picked up an online photo order and it was ready in about an hour. Pickup was a breeze and the clerk was very kind.

There was a short blonde haired lady working at the photo counter that was incredibly nice and professional to an angry customer. She helped me ship out my fedex package quickly and was very efficient at her job.

I just left The Easley SC Walgreens, the lady that checked me out at the photo shop had Pharmacy on her Badge and her name was Lyn, She didn’t say anything so i said can you hear, her words were “I don’t feel good” I said you need to go home, she said I can’t, I just hope she does not have Covid...... You as a Drug Store should be sure your employees aren’t spreading covid, and at least acknowledge your patrons!

The store is not bad. The service is great in the main part of the store and the staff cares. The pharmacy department is very kind too.The drive through, however, is consistently very slow; so slow, in fact, that yesterday I was stopped so long in the line I had a groundhog come from the grass and crawl up into the fender well of my car.No, really.***Disclaimer he is fine and has been freed in one piece***

This pharmacy will never get my business again. They have repeatedly not delivered my daughter's medication on time. They always say they did not receive the prescription. When I call the doctor the next day, the doctor (nurse) always gives me the date and time the prescription was transmitted to Walgreens. When I finally complained to the pharmacist in person, I was told "I'm not dealing with this or you tonight!"If I could give negative stars I would.

The lady that checked me in at the Pharmacy (Lyn), must've been new. She couldn't find me in the system and made me refill out all Covid Paperwork, after I told her she had me listed wrong on her paperwork Then swore I didn't know what I was talking about when I presented my Pharmacy Card and Ins Card. Said the Pharmacy Card was a Visa to pay. Yes, it is that as well. Even went so far as to pull out her own card and said; "See, this is what I'm talking about". The cards presented have been the same cards issued by GE for the last 10 years.The lady (Sandy) that administered the Covid Vaccine shot was wonderful. I asked her, since the first lady didn't know what she was doing, and couldn't find my info, was i even in the system if I ever needed a reprint of my vaccine card. She said she checked behind her and found me with no problem, and that my info was correct in the system. The first lady just didn't pull it up correctly since it had my wife listed on the account with me....HA!! She was going to update everything so that it wouldn't be a problem next time.

Hospital orders take over 8 hours to be ready for pick up, the hospital places the orden then you have to call again to re-order and then it will be ready in 1-3 hours.Worst pharmacy in town

For the most part they were doing well regarding keep me up my medications, however I noticed that some of my pain pills are missing every time I pick them up so I changed my insurance as pharmacy they had delivery

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR VACCINES!!2nd appt for the covid vaccine and so horribly unorganized. People standing at the counter filling out the paperwork and holding everyone up. First time waited 45 minutes AFTER our appointment time (as did another person in front of us) and again the second time. Other family and friends have used 3 different locations with zero issues. What takes so long in between patients is beyond me. Everyone else was in and out in 2 minutes. Another couple here has waited an hour. We are 1 hour past our appointment and still waiting. Another customer waited 20 mins at the window before anyone acknowledged her. Will never return to this location for ANYTHING.

Came in looking for some meds and couldn’t believe Tesfa is still with Walgreens!.. was unsure if it was safe to ask her for help (I used to work with her and know how she is) but I went up and asked her anyway and of course she hasn’t changed. With how nasty she is not only to employees but customers as well I’m surprised she still with Walgreens. How many stores are y’all going to move her to, to wake up and get rid of her.

I'd gladly give this pharmacy 5's, but sadly most of the staff aren't always the best. I CAN say that Tom and Chris ARE worthy of a 5 review!!! They truly care about you and your needs. They pay close attention to your medications and alert you to potential interactions, as well as possible side effects from newly prescribed medications too. Sadly they seem to "go through" many different employees or have a fast turnover rate. But thankfully Chris And Tom are always there for you to answer your questions, along with help you get the BEST possible price for all your prescriptions. No other major chains can boast having one (much less TWO) caring pharmacists who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
