    The customer service is abysmal—they hang up on you, and on top of charging sky-high bills, they want to charge a reconnection fee! It is literally ridiculous.

    Power bill is rarely over certain price all year long now after this winter my power bill has almost tripled. Think some things need to be checked into pretty sure im not only one that got the shaft this month.(feb2026)
