Carmen M. and Sheila W. were absolutely fantastic, these ladies uphold the true definition of customer service. The store manager and higher up’s should be extremely proud of the hard work these two demonstrate.
My vehicle started misfiring horribly on I20 about 8 minutes down the road from the store at 8:55PM. I was two hours from home and two hours from my destination, I was stuck. Carmen and Sheila made sure to have everything ready to go and they even stayed a little bit over their leave time which is nearly unheard of these days! They had everything ready to go when I got there and helped me quickly read the codes & switch the plug. Absolutely fantastic ladies, very happy to help and a true blessing. Thank you so much!

AutoZone, Elgin, SCKenny and staff were really helpful with a battery replacement for my 2016 Mazda 3s Hatchback that needed a special type of battery. Very personable and knowledgeable. Installed in 10 minutes and on our way. Fantastic! Highly recommend this location as your first stop for anything "auto". Thanks guys!

Walk-in got what I was looking for Mr.Bill was really helpful and nice good customer service he gave me. He checked my fluids told me how may I needed I had more then what I need also he put my fluids in my car.Very good customer service way too go Mr.Bill I gave A+ also store was really clean as well.

The worst place to get parts from ,they can not even sell you the right wipersOr wheel locks . Do not go to this place or it might cost you mo ey to get the right parts from another parts store
