This place STOLE my boyfriends BRAND NEW washer and dryer WHILE HE WAS DEPLOYED OVERSEAS. And everytime I went to the property to check on the items in there before they disappeared, there was never anyone in the office, one time I waited for the lady who was supposed to be working in the office only to find her driving around the property smoking cigarettes while the office was locked....nice, very professional. Then we had movers move most of the items out of the storage unit and left only a washer and dryer. It's 2 weeks since the movers came and the washer and dryer are gone and the company is saying we "no longer have an account or unit" there. Everyone keeps transferring us and having no answers. Do not give this place your money if you have any sanity you want to maintain.

Renting a space is a breeze. Grounds are kept clean. No hassle. Inside and outside units are worth the cost.

I had a pleasure to speaking with both Sabrina and Eric on two separate occasions and both staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this location.

i was charged for a unit that i didn't receive or go in ..the agent on the premises left the site ..i was never refunded my money and the lady name linda customer service is horrible if she suppose to be the manager..no ones ever at this site and its very unprofessional and time consuming when theres no one there to tell you where your unit or its someones else storage ..this has been the worse move i ever had

The facility is a warm atmosphere. The staff is very courtesy and goes above / beyond to ensure that all the customer needs are met.

Easy in and out. Good value compared to others. Climate control units are mostly used here. I think it's one of the better places in the Columbia area. Glad we checked into it. Right off the interstate.

Just wanted to come and leave a review!! I was helped by Brittany at the sanders bluff lane location and she was wonderful. Gave me step by step instructions on how to work the app opening gate, paying bill, helping me locate the unit!! Really a pleasure being greeted by such a friendly positive representative from the company!! Keep up the great work and excellent customer service !!
