I’m sorry but this location needs new management. The store is dirty, the items are not placed correctly. So, when you go pay for your items you get different prices. Then they always just temporarily close in the middle of the day for whatever reason. Lastly, the appearance of some employees is just unacceptable. The inventory is always low and it’s just a mess. Like I mentioned new management is needed

This store always have problems always low on items and system always breaking down causing delays card machine issues 70% of the time like really get it together but employees are always nice.

Closed in the middle of the day?? Saw there was a truck here so hoped maybe it was a solo employee doing their best. Instead I saw two employees walk up to the front after the truck left and ignore the line at the door. Cars filled the parking lot and leaving. I left after waiting 10 minutes. Made my food order close to this store to get things I needed from here - wasted the gas and time. Do better!

Just a heads up….I just left the Dollar General on Spears Creek Church Rd and I suggest that all customers check the prices of each item when they are being rung up at the register. 3 items I just bought were a quarter higher each than what was listed on the shelf. When I went to check out and saw a different price on the screen, I told the cashier that the price they charged me was not the price as listed on the shelf, and that they need to make sure they update the price stickers. All he said was “yes ma’am.” This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store, nor was this the first time I made staff aware of the issue. A quarter or 2 may not be much to some folks, but it is to me and a lot of other people, especially if the prices are falsely advertised. If you’re going to change prices in the system, ensure it’s done throughout the store in a timely manner, or, allow me to pay the price as advertised.

HUGE improvements made, 1 complaint, and I DO understand this to an extent because the prices of things are changing SO MUCH lately.I purchased about 20 things today.* employees AWESOME, no stock in aisles??However not 1 thing I purchased was the price on the shelf, needed to put some things back. I UNDER estimated by 20 dollars? They were VERY nice about it btw? However when going out to my vehicle I reviewed were I thought I made a mistake. I HADN'T, every single item rang up MORE than the price on the shelf, causing me embarrassment, AGAIN ! Again the associate was very understanding? I've decided even tho it's the closest thing to my home, I will drive up to the main grocery GENERALLY now so I can save myself the embarrassment of this continuing to occur. Will only shop there when I have ALOT of extra money with me as I just have no idea of the cost of items. Too bad, I really enjoyed. Convenience, the GREAT new staff, and the 5.00 off coupons made the price difference between them and the big boxes worth it! I need a General idea how much my purchases should ring up.With tax I estimated my 40 would cover it, but between EVERYTHING ringing up higher, and a tag on the shelf still for a sale from last week, they told me OVER 60! WHOOPSIE!* associate VERY nice about it, but I felt bad as there were ALOT of people in line behind me to witness my embarrassment. Me and my guy discussed it, he said just go up to Kroger unless an absolute emergency.

I've been around since this DG was built. It started off great it is now my top5 of places not to go. Knats are always flying around the fruits and vegetables stock is always in the aisle and today took the cake when the manager sitting in the office the cashier told her about a price check she did not move so the only cashier went to the aisles to go check you couldn't even get her to come out until I afresses the situation. HORRIBLE Customer service!

Great prices on cleaning supplies. Shopper here for years. I've Had way more good customer service experience than bad. They are a little"chatty" and loud behind register. Limited working registers ALWAYS. Bring your patience, they're shelves are stocked.

Parking always dirty, ice machine broke, store cluttered and never more than one register is open.
